Situated just 5mins walk from Kapparis Ave. it is ideally placed for supermarket, tavernas & bars.

Protaras & Fig Tree Bay are a mere 5mins drive away, Aya Napa, the famous Nissi Beach & Waterworld
Waterpark are 15mins drive away.

For those who wish to explore by local transport, the bus which runs from Paralimni to the Waterpark
[last stop] and back stops immediately outside the apt. complex.

The Famagusta District

Southern Cyprus is famous for its warm climate, it boasts 340 days of sunshine a year, which makes it a favourite among sun worshipers. The local people are very friendly with most of them speaking English and are always willing to help. As in the U.K., they also drive on the left hand side of the road, which is very handy. There are many places of interest to see, from sightseeing in the Northern side (the ghost town of Famnagusta), to the many beautiful and historic churches in the south. For those who like walking, there is a coastal pathway which runs all the way to Cape Greko, a large National Park where the views are stunning( also accessable by car)


Kapparis area

Kapparis is a smaller cousin of the larger resort of Protaras,but still keeps it charm and identity, with several smaller beaches, all with the usual water sports.It also has a good choice of Bars and Tavernas.
Paralimni is the largest town in the area, it is about 2-3 miles inland and is not really touched by tourism, a great place to see how the locals live and work. Protaras is a lively tourist resort which is most suitable for families, with beautiful beaches and a good night life. Ayia Napa is famed for its night life, but it too can also cater for families, with great beaches including Nissi Beach which is an absolute must for young and old alike and it boasts Europe's largest themed Water Park, a must for all ages who like to play in water!

Get a direct flight from the UK main airports to Larnaca from various airline companies such as:

The prices include before and after clean and for stays of 2 weeks or more a midstay clean
and laundry change.

Long term winter let can be negotiated.


Conditions

A 25% non refundable deposit is payable on confirmation of booking, with the remaining balance due 6 weeks before arrival. A refundable breakages/damages deposit of £100 is required with all bookings, payable with outstanding balance and refunded within 7 days of departure, less any deductions for losses, damage or breakages as advised by the local management agent.
