Villa Serres provides all the necessities of home, making this place cozy and enjoyable for a relaxing holiday.
The Villa is arranged as follows:
Ground Floor
The kitchen, dining and lounge areas are all open- plan, surrounded by windows, these areas are filled with sunlight for most of the day. The spacious, fully fitted and equipped kitchen provides ample space for the dining table which accommodates up to 6 chairs. The Kitchen and dining area windows offer a pleasant view of the rear garden. A kitchen door provides direct access to the rear garden which has been landscaped with young trees.
The very spacious lounge area provides comfortable seating with a three seater lounge. Entertainment is provided by way of a flat screen TV with satellite (free to air), DVD player.
A guest WC is situated on this floor for easy convenience.
First Floor
All Three bedrooms are situated on this floor and consist of two twin rooms and one double bedroom with en-suite shower room. All the bedrooms are uniquely furnished in different styles and all accommodating floor to ceiling wardrobes.
A family sized bathroom is situated on this floor and accommodates a bath with shower over.
Split air-conditioning is provided throughout the villa for comfort all year round.

The Famagusta District
Famagusta expands over quite a vast area of the South Eastern end of the island. The area is shrouded in many historical sights, where the locals enjoy living alongside the modern lifestyle of today intertwined with ancient sites and places of the past.
Famagusta is made up of many quaint villages, with many producing vegtables found in the local restaurants and supermarkets as well as providing a large percentage for export to countries overseas.
The most noted connection to Cyprus and Famagusta, is the Ghost town of Famagusta which is still uninhabited in parts to this day.
Kapparis area
Situated in the Kapparis area near to Paralimni and Protaras, it is only a 3 minute walk to the nearest beach cove. of Malama. A variety of restaurants and pubs can be found in the Kapparis area within walking distance along with a couple of small supermarkets.
A short 5 minute bus ride into the Municipal town of Paralimni provides you with a vast selection of shops, boutiques, supermarkets, post office and cinema A 7 minute ride takes you into the holiday resort of Protaras where there are a vast selection of restaurants, bars and night time entertainment, not forgetting the well renowned Fig Tree Bay. Ayia Napa is a 20 minute ride away.

Further details outdoors: The large, spacious garden area is mainly situated to the sides and rear of the villa, with young plants and grass providing infusions of colour. The front area is home to the private swimming pool surrounded by an expansive sun bathing area. A calm and clear view of the sea can be seen from one side of the garden.
A drive way provides space for one vehicle.
Privacy is ensured by a wrought iron gate into the villa grounds.
