This luxury apartment is situated close to local amenities and is ideal for a relaxing holiday, but close to the bus stop and supermarket and one of the amazing ornate churches in the area. It is only five minutes drive into the centre of the affluent village of Paralimni with its many boutiques or you can take the bus. The apartment benefits from being within walking distance from local bays and within easy reach of Protaras and Ayia Napa.
With one double bedroom and two twin bedrooms, the apartment is ideal for families who like a relaxing holiday with the convenience of amenities close by and the availability of local transport to nearby Paralimni and Protaras. The apartment is well equipped and has the convenience of two showers and a bath (no queuing!!)

The Famagusta District
The location of this apartment is ideal for being within easy reach of Protaras with the lovely golden sands of Fig Tree Bay and close to the centre of Paralimni with its many boutiques. Ayia Napa is only 15 minutes drive away, where you can see the 16th century venetian monastery. Enjoy a a warm welcome at the English church service, in the cloisters of the monastry, in the summer months.
Kapparis area
The apartment is within walking distance of local bays which make a welcome change to the more busy beaches of the nearby resorts of Protaras and Ayia Napa. Watersports and boat trips are available locally as well as the sports at Protaras, and Waterworld can be found at Ayia Napa.
Enjoy eating with the locals at the nearby popular Greek Taverna, Karas, or go into the centre of Paralimni to the taverna, Kanati. There are also many other good restaurants nearby.
Shop with the locals at the large supermarket, Orphanides, two minutes walk from the apartment or go to the 24 hour bakers at the other end of the road. There is also a DVD rental if you require more choice of films and local take aways.
Not too far away are the Troodos Mountains where you can get away from it all all year round and of course in the Winter you can Ski

The rates quoted are per week, but I can quote for holidays of any duration, please note holidays of a shorter duration than one week will not be the cost of the rent divided by 7 as there are still the same laundry and cleaning costs in just an overnight stay (unfortunately it does not work like that!!)
