PRICES DROPPED FOR SEPTEMBER AND OCTOBER - REDUCED BY £100 PER WEEK INCLUDING OCTOBER HALF TERM HOLIDAY - Simi 10 is a Beautifully Furnished and Decorated 2 bedroom apartment comfortably accomodating 4 people (5 if a small child). The apartment benefits from split airconditioning units throughout - allowing both cooling air during the hot weather, and heating for cooler weather.

There is everything you could possibly want - even a flat screen TV mounted on the wall.

The Apartments in this Complex are arranged in a "Horse Shoe" shape around the Communal Swimming Pool

There is an Elevator or stairs if you prefer.

The Famagusta District

All year round sunshine

There are many sandy beaches and coves to visit.

Two Water Parks in the area, a Zoo and Aquatic Centre.

The resort towns of Protaras and Ayia Napa are a short car drive away, or by bus. Buses are cheap - approx. 1,20 Euros. Taxis are also readily available and affordable.




Kapparis area

There are many beautiful churches - one on the way to the Supermarket!! and a tiny church sits on the local beach at Agia Trias

South Eastern Cyprus reputedly has some of the best sandy beaches on the island. Places of interest include the Nature Reserve of Cape Greco, the 'Famagusta' viewpoint, museums and monastries.

Not too far away are the Troodos Mountains where you can get away from it all all year round and of course in the Winter you can Ski


How to get there

The Nearest Airport is LARNACA.

I can arrange a transfer from Larnaca Airport to the Apartment Complex at a cost of 43 Euros each way (paid locally) - from Paphos the cost would be 102 Euros each way.

A Welcome Pack is also provided - just in case you come in on an early or late flight.

I have a Facilities Manager located just around the corner from the apartment to assist with information, etc.

There is a Communal Swimming Pool for your use which has changing facilities and a Toilet and the Local beach is within walking distance

There is a Communal BBQ near the Swimming Pool

There are many Taverners, Pool Side Bars and Hotels (open to non-residents) near by.

There is a Supermarket just across the road where you can purchase fresh bread, meat and everything you could possibly want - even your sun tan lotion

The town of Paralimni is within Walking distance with boutiques , shops, restaurants and Taverners.

Although a Car is not necessary, to see all the beautiful beaches and coves in this region of Cyprus, a car would be an asset.

Sorry, but no pets are allowed.

Smoking is permitted on the Balcony, but not inside the apartment

To reserve dates, a reservation deposit of £100.00 (GB Pounds) will be required at time of booking. This deposit is non refundable if booking is cancelled by the client. Balance of total rental cost to be paid a minimum of 6 weeks before occupancy commences. Late bookings, and bookings of less than one week's occupancy are to be paid in full at time of booking.

The rental tariff is per week (not per person)

The rates are based on a weekly stay although I can quote for an overnight stay, long weekend, 10 day stay, etc. Please bear in mind for stays less than one week - Cleaning and Laundry charges have to be included no matter how short the stay. Which would make the rate more than the above figures divided by 7!!

Late deals are always available - just ask me!!

If staying for longer than 3 weeks - special rates are available - you might be house hunting or having an extended holiday - again just ask me!!

LONG TERM LETS ARE AVAILABLE (minimum 3 weeks) - from £80 PER WEEK 1 NOVEMBER - End of FEBRUARY - INCLUDES ALL BILLS with the exception of mid-term linen and towels - can be laundered via separate negotiation (cheaper than paying for your central heating, etc.)
