We are pleased to offer you our light filled and spacious, 2 bed luxury apartment in the popular but quiet district of Kapparis. Popular with locals and tourists alike the village, with its many lively restaurants, bars and shops is just 2 minutes walk from the ground floor apartment. A further 5 minute walk will take you to the shore where you have the choice of about 14 tiny coves each with crystal clear water. The apartment has its own extensive private terrace and is just 30 steps from a tranquil communal pool. The popular family resort of Protaras, offering a wide range of bars and restaurants and water sports on the wide sandy beaches such as the famous Fig Tree Bay are under 10 mins drive. Protaras is one of the most popular and well known resorts in Cyprus and its coastline is considered to be one of the finest on the island. Ayia Napa is also close, only 15 mins drive/taxi away and offers a huge choice of things to do.

The Famagusta District
This lovely part of the Island has loads to offer, what ever sort of holiday you are after. It encompasses Kapparis, Parlalimni, Protaras, Cape Greco and Ayia Napa to name just the most well know locations. Within this area there is more than enough to see and do to keep even the most active holiday makers busy for their whole time on this beautiful island. The administritive capital of the area, Paralimni, with it's lovely square provides a combination of the old and new and even boasts an M & S. A few kilometers away lies the lively family orientated resort of Protaras, benefiting from the best white sandy beaches on the island. Then there is Ayia Napa with it's multitude of attractions from bars, nightclubs and restaurants to wonderful beaches, a water park and museums - enough to keep anyone occupied.
Kapparis area
Kapparis is a quiet resort, perfect to give you the chance to escape and relax yet is close enough to larger resorts to benefit from all that they have to offer should you want something more lively. Having said that the town is rapidly up and coming area and is now a resort in it's own right. There is a great selection of bars, restaurants and shops. The best restaurant in the area is litterally at the end of the road that the apartment is on. The nearest beach to the apartment, Firemans Beach, just a 5 minute stroll away, ideal for an early morning swim. From there you can follow the coastal path and you'll find about 14 tiny secluded coves all with cyrystal clear water. Bathing suite optional!!
The long white sandy beaches at Protaras, including the famous Fig Tree Bay, are just 10 minutes away by car. In addition to the wonderful beaches, Protaras is a lively family orientated resort and is often considered to be the smaller relation of Ayia Napa which has everything on a larger and more lively scale, including the famous Nissi Beach and one of the largest water parks in Europe. Ayia Napa is only a 15 minute drive/ taxi away. The town of Paralimni is just 2 kms away and offers a more traditional view of Cyprus. In summary, there is loads to do and you'll love it!

Further details indoors: This apartment has everything you would need:
Air conditioning/heating units in every room. Well equipped kitchen with cooker, microwave, large fridge freezer, dish washer, washing machine, kettle & toaster. The dining area has a table with seating for six whilst the open plan living area has leather suite seating for 5 (including a double sofa bed), coffee table with TV and DVD player and opens out through double patio doors onto the large private terrace with outside table and chairs for dining Al fresco. There are 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with twin single beds and one bathroom with a bath and shower. The apartment sleeps maximum of 6 using both bedrooms and the sofa bed. Should you have little ones we can provide a cot and high chair for you for a small charge.
Further details outdoors: The apartment has a large private terrace on two sides therefore benefitting from lots of sun. There is a large table with chairs, perfect for breakfast in the sunshine and some sun loungers. The lovely pool is 30 paces away and you have a dedicated private parking space just 10 paces from your door.

Although the communal pool does benefit from a shallow children's section the pool does not have a lifeguard so any children should never be left playing in the pool unsupervised. You are responsible for providing your own travel insurance.
