Our refurbished luxury apartment is situated on the Sunny Coast Apart/hotel complex in Kapparis, just a short drive from Protaras. The apartment has a large patio area, with dining furniture and loungers. The apartment is at the rear of the complex which makes it very peaceful and quiet for those barmy nights sitting outside.

The Famagusta District
Cyprus is famous for is hot summers & warm winters. The climate is fabulous for a holiday anytime of year. In the winter months you can swim in the sea then go up to the Troodos mountains and ski on the same day. Cyprus's history is immense with the numerous churches in most towns & villages that visitors can explore.In the Famagusta area are the towns of Ayia Napa, Protaras & Paralimnia. Ayia Napa (15 min drive from the apartment) famous for it's great night life with it's clubs, bars & restaurants and the famous Nissi Beach. Also between Ayia Napa and Protaras is a fantastic water park great for any age. Protaras (5min drive from the apartment) has wonderful beaches all along it's coast including the fabulous Fig Tree Bay, where you can soak up the sun or expereince the numerous water sports available.
Kapparis / Paralimnia area
Sunny Coast is well located if you like to relax by the pool, or beach or indulge in all the energetic water sports available at the local beaches.
Kapparis is a picturesque area with plenty to offer on the outskirts of Protaras & the town of Paralimnia . There are many superb bars,and restaurants and the local beach (Fireman's Cove) all just a 2 min drive from the apartment.
Paralimnia is the nearby local town which is a 5 min drive, with its tavernas, delicious local cuisine, wonderful churches and countless shops including three large supermarkets. The nearest supermarket is only 3 min drive from the apartment towards Paralimini.
Other activities that are availble ,are scuba diving, snorkeling, trips into the Troodos Mountains. glass bottom boat trips and many more
For a day out visit Larnanca, Limosol or Nicosia to see the traditonal Cyprus culture. Cyprus has endless historical places to explore.

Fly to Larnaca - Sunny Coast Apartment is approx 50km / 35 mins from the airport . - A host of airlines fly to Larnaca including British Airways, First Choice & Thomas Cook, Monarch Airways, Cyprus Airways & XL.com. - Car hire is available at the airport. or we can assist with arranging a local hire company. You can also normally save money by booking online with one of the many car rental companies before you depart, or on request we can arrange a taxi to be available for you.
