The complex is located on a hillside between the historic year round town of Paralimni and charming Kapparis with panoramic views of Farmagusta Bay, the pan handle and sea. Conveniently situated within minutes to beaches, restaurants, supermarkets, tavernas and even a wonderful 24 hour bakery! The apartment is fully equipped with a washing machine, microwave, hob/oven, satellite TV, DVD player, CD player, hair dryer and all linens and towels. It is air conditioned, and has ceiling fans and mosquito screens on the windows to allow for natural cooling. The balcony has a patio table and chairs for outside dining.

The Famagusta District
The Farmagusta District is on the southeastern side of Cyprus with some of the best beaches on the island, including Nissi Beach and Fig Tree Bay. Good roads link the east side of the island to the airports, west side, and also inland to historical Nicosia and the dramatic Troodos Mountains.
Kapparis / Paralimnia area
There is much to see and do in and around the area: hike along the spectacular peninsula of Cape Greko; relax on nearby beaches at Fireman’s Beach, or the more famous beaches around Ayia Napa; explore the local town of Paralimni with its churches, restaurants and shops; enjoy night life in Ayia Napa during season; dine at the many small non-tourist restaurants; enjoy a day at a water park, or visit various historical sites.
How to get there
The closest airport is Larnaca, about a 45-minute drive. We can arrange for a taxi to pick you up, or you can rent a car at the airport. Limassol is about 90 minutes away and Paphos Airport is about a two hour’s drive. There are very good motorway links between the airports to the Paralimni area. Directions will be sent prior to departure. There are charter flights to all airports April-October and British Airways and Cyprus Air have several daily flights year round.
