This amazing apartment is ideally located on a brand new development with a great communal pool.It has the great bonus of being set in a peaceful location and yet has the convenience of everything you need close by.The apartment is furnished to a 5 star standard and is not your usual holiday accommodation.We want guests to feel the comfort of this 5star accommodation while on vacation and enjoy everything the property has to offer. The terrace is large and has seating for six people,the patio doors open directly from the master bedroom and also the lounge so whether it's fresh ,ground coffee in a morning or alfrecso dining in the evening the terrace is fabulous.The entire apartment is fitted with air-conditioning, which will keep you cool during those hot temperatures.The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need(and i mean everything!) When i furnished the apartment i thought about what i would want when on vacation and included so many things even down to a small sewing repair kit! Within a 5-10 minute walk you will find excellent taverna's,restaurant's and supermarket's,there is also a 24 hour bakery-delicious!. A flexible sleeping layout means that couple's,families and small groups alike can benefit from the idilic,peaceful cyprus location,wealth of activities,picturesque sandy beaches and fabulous local nightlife this accommodation has to offer.Whether it's sun and relaxation,sight seeing or sampling the great nightlife,it's all here!!!!

The Famagusta District
Cyprus has a great climate, with around 340 days of sunshine each year. Summers run from April to October, and they’re beautifully hot and dry. Winters are mild usually quite sunny. Although it is possible to go skiing high up in the Troodos mountains between November and February. The Farmagusta district enjoys Cyprus’ wonderful climate, it has many blue flag beaches and quiet little villages. Famagusta District has become a popular holiday spot for many different nationalities. Due to strict bulding regulations you won’t find any ugly high rise developments here – just natural and low key charm. Protaras and Ayia Napa, the two largest resorts in the Famagusta District, provide a complete contrast to Kapparis, they are very commercialised and bustling all year round. They are of course only 5 and 10 minutes away from the apartment which means you have the best of both worlds.
Kapparis / Paralimnia area
Apollon court is so perfectly located - whether you want to relax on the terrace or by the pool, lay on the beach, swim in the warm sea or whether you would like to try one of the many activities here. You can be as active as you want with watersports, quad-biking all available nearby. There are also numerous bars within walking distance of the apartment-you'll have plenty to choose from.
The closet beach to the apartment is Firemans Cove. It is about 15 minutesfrom the apartment and is great for sunbathing and swimming. You can also start your hike along the coastline from here.
Enjoy the exclusive area of Kapparis, a suburb of Protaras. This area is developing quickly. Here you’ll find great tavernas and also some very chic little restaurants. Pernera is adjacent to Kapparis, and also offers a great selection of bars and restaurants all at very affordable prices.
Paralimini is authentic Cyrpus, with locals going about life much as they have for centuries. The old square is home to a host of chic cafes - Senso cafe bar being a must. It serves great coffees, lattes, cocktails and a small but superb tapas menu. There is also a choice of bars and beautiful boutiques. In the centre of the town lies a beautiful catholic church and an array of fountains.
Within five minutes drive from the apartment is Protaras. This is a great family resort including plenty of restaurants and nightlife. Watersports and bike hire are available from here.
Ayia Napa is only 15 minutes away by car. Famous for its clubbing Ayia Nnapa is also very family friendly. Although if you do fancy clubbing, this is the place to come - head for 'the strip' to get a cab. A huge water park is also situated here and is a must for all the family.
20 minutes by car is Cape Greco - a local nature reserve, worth a visit for a stroll in the afternoon on the beach.Potamas Bay is round the bay past Cape Greko. The bay is just gorgeous, the beach here is miles of white sand. There is also a small fishing lane where you can watch the locals bring in the catch of the day. The traditional fish restaurant here is a great place to sit and eat the freshest of fish with a glass of wine and watch the sun go down.

- Driving in cyprus is easy .They drive on the left and all road signs are written in English as well as Greek. Public transport is very cheap and the closest bus stop is located five minutes from the apartment.The neighbouring resorts of Paralimini,Protaras and Ayia Napa can be reached easily by bus or car,all the main roads and motorways are excellent so travelling around is both easy and safe.

Further details outdoors: The terrace is equipped with a large table and six chair's,parasol and two comfortable loungers.There is also an ample siz e clothe's dryer for all those wet bikini's,short's and towel's!! The panoramic views from this first floor apartment stretch along the coastline over open farmland and the rooftops of Kapparis,Paralimini and Protaras.It also has great views of the wonderful,clear blue sea.You have a private parking space,which is covered ensuring your vehicle stay's cool.

Luxurious linen(Mark's&Spencer's) and towel's are all provided for use in the apartment but please bring your own towel's for use around the pool and on the beach.Linen and towel's are changed weekly but extra laundry/dry cleaning can be arranged on request. A cot can also be provided for a small charge.A charge is made to you directly for any extra service's.Ashtray's have been provided for use on the terrace but i would ask you not to smoke inside the apartment,Thankyou.
Conditions
Due to the high quality and cost of the furnishing's a refundable damage/breakage deposit of 150pounds is also required upon making your booking.This will be returned to you within seven day's of vacating the apartment,subject to inspection and inventory check from our local agent.Sorry no pet's allowed.
