The apartment was completed in June 2006 and has been furnished to a high standard. It has a master bedroom and another bedroom with 2 twin beds that can be pushed together if required. There is also a sofa bed in the living room meaning that it can comfortably sleep 6 people.
There is a large open plan kitchen and living area that leads onto a large garden veranda ideal for outdoor dining. There is also a veranda at the other side of the apartment that looks onto the pool area. Guests have access to the outdoor pool where sun loungers are provided free of charge.
The apartment is situated in the brand new Blue Electra complex located in a quiet residential neighbourhood of Protaras (Kapparis). The sandy beach at Blue Water Bay is only a 5-minute walk away and the main road into town, offering a number of restaurants, bars and shops, is just around the corner. Larnaca and the international airport are approximately 50 minutes by car (one parking space is allocated for the apartment). Protaras lies in Fig Tree Bay, one of the best bays in Cyprus. Sitting on the south east coast of the island, the tourist destination of Protaras is blessed with crystal blue waters, endless secluded coves, sandy beaches and picturesque traditional windmills.

The Famagusta District
The area of Famagusta is well know for their sun sea and sands boasting the best beaches in southern Cyprus. This area is ideal for the beach holiday so many people seek. The surrounding areas of Protaras is known for its farming and you will find orange and lemon groves, potato fields, Olive trees and plenty of fruit farms which gives you a rural feel as well as the tourist feel. This area is very Cypriot and has old style customs and charm.
Kapparis / Paralimnia area
If you prefer a quiet peaceful holiday away from the hustle and bustle of over commercialised resorts then Kapparis is for you. The nearest beach to the apartment is Firemans Beach which is just a 5 minute stroll away. From there you can follow the coastal path and you'll find about 14 tiny secluded coves all with cyrystal clear water.
The long white sandy beaches around the family resort of Protaras, including the famous Fig Tree Bay and the lovely Connos Bay at Cape Greco, are only 10 minutes drive away.
Should you want a taste of a more lively resort Ayia Napa with its variety of clubs, pubs and restaurants as well as the famous Nissi Beach and Water World is just 10kms away. The resort of Protaras, which also offers a large variety of bars, restaurants and excellent beaches is but 6kms away.
The apartment is just of Kennedy Avenue in Kapparis which has a range of good restaurants, shops and bars. Kapparis is an up-and-coming, peaceful and picturesque locality with easy access to the towns of Paralimni and Dherynia, and the resorts of Protaras, Pernera and Ayia Napa.
How to get there
Fly direct to Larnaca airport or via paphos to Larnaca. It is approx 50 minute drive to the apartment from Larnaca.

Further details indoors: This apartment has a fully equipped kitchen with cooker, microwave, large fridge freezer, dish washer, washing machine, kettle & toaster with everything you would need.
Air conditioning/heating units in every room. The dining area has bar stools seating for 4 whilst the open plan living area has leather suite seating for 5 (including a double sofa bed), coffee table with TV and DVD player. This opens out through double patio doors onto the large private garden terrace with outside table and chairs for dining al fresco. There are 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with twin single beds and one bathroom with a bath and shower. The apartment sleeps maximum of 6 using both bedrooms and the sofa bed. Should you have children we can get hold of a cot and high chair for you for a small charge..
Further details outdoors: The apartment has 2 private verandas on each side which is perfect for catching lots fo sun through the day and ideal for outdoor dining or evening drinks! The pool is a few meteres from the back terrace and there is also a parking space allocated for the apartment.
