This delightful Mediterranean style, two bedroom Villa, is neatly nestled in the Kapparis area between Kapparis - Ayia Triada and Pernera. Situated on a quiet New (2005) complex Offering a relaxing and tranquil atmosphere, with the closest beach only 500m away.
The open plan kitchen, dining area and lounge area offer modern furniture and space for a relaxed holiday. The fully fitted Italian style kichen Offers all the necessities from a gas hob and electric oven to crockery and cutlery. The dining area is provided with a light pine dining table, compliment ing the kitchen decor with seating up to six persons. The lounge area comprises of a two seater sofa bed and two armchairs with a light pine coffee table in keeping with the rest of the furnture. A TV with DVD player is provided for your entertainment. Just off from the lounge area, a sub level guest WC is situated for convenience.
First Floor: The two bedrooms are located on this floor, each with their own private and spacious en-suite shower rooms. There is an adjoining balcony with direct access from both bedrooms. One bedroom has been provided with a double bed and the other twin beds, with both bedrooms offering lots of hanging space with their wall to ceiling wardrobes.
Split air-conditioning has been supplied throughout offering comfort all year round.
Outside, there is a patio area with a tented pergola offering lots of shade while seated on the outdoor patio furniture, consisting of a large table and six chiairs. Alternativley, you can lie down on one of the two sun loungers to catch up on your tan, or you can have a swim in the private swimming pool.

Kapparis area
Astipalea Villa is situated in a lovely quite area between Kapparis- Ayia Triada and Pernera, just off the road, which is alternately dotted with Pampas grass and Glimpses of the Beautiful Mediterranean Sea.
A five minute ride and you will come to the holiday resort of Pernera offering some pubs, restaurants and many small beaches dotted around the coastline. If you continue on a further 5 minute ride, you will arrive at the bustling town of Protaras, home to the well renowned Fig Tree Bay with its beautiful sandy stretch of beach and crystal aqua blue waters. Here you will find an abundant variety of cuisines, pubs and nightlife to keep you entertained. A five minute ride in the other direction, will take you into the large and modern municipal town of Paralimni where you can experience a great day out shopping at one of the many boutiques or sipping a frappae' at one of the local cafe's. Paralimni is also where you can do all your grocery shopping at one of the two local supermarkets.
Ayia Napa renowned for its late nightlife of clubs, restaurants and pubs is only a 15 minute drive away.

Larnaca airport is the closest airport to the villa with approximately a 40 minute drive.
