The Famagusta District
Kapparis, close to Protaras, is located within the area of southern Cyprus known as Famagusta. This area is a year round destination and a perfect holiday location to enjoy various activities found locally and to enjoy all the beautiful sandy beaches this part of Cyprus has to offer.
Lying close to the Northern border means that trips across to the Turkish sector are possible during your holiday as are trips to other neighbouring countries such as Egypt, Israel and Greece. Various excursions are widely available through local tour operators.
Kapparis area
Fly into Larnaca and you are only 45 minutes away car drive from Kapparis. Simply follow the A3 motorway to Ayia Napa and then the dual carriageways. Kapparis is a quiet resort but has all the amenities that you are likely to require; restaurants, bars and a good supermarket are within 10 minutes walking distance as is the local beach – a beautiful sheltered cove with lovely clear blue water.
Some of the best beaches of Cyprus are in this part of the island and are all a short distances drive from the apartment – Nissi beach, Ayia Napa is 10km/15mins, Fig Tree Bay, Protaras 5km/10mins. The municipal town of Paralimni is 2km drive away and is a traditional Cypriot town. Here you will find banks, restaurants and plenty of shopping opportunities.
Crossing into the Turkish sector is now possible due to many border crossings being opened. Vrysoulles is the nearest being some 20 minutes drive away, others are in Nicosia including 1 point where you can walk across.

Further details indoors: All linens and towels are provided although you will need beach towels. There is a weekly maid service. Beach mats, cool bag and freezer blocks are in the apartment for use.
As are babies bibs (plastic), cutlery and trainer mug. Buckets, spades and beach games also for general use. You are welcome to use the selection of U and PG DVDs available.
Travel cot and bedding is available.
Smoke alarm and fire extinguisher fitted .
A mug, bowl and plate set will be left for use by younger children during their stay and which they are welcome to keep.

Price includes all bed linen and bathroom towels (we do not provide beach towels); Full use of electricity, air conditioning and heating;
Arival, departure cleans and, for a two week stay, a clean and linen change.
A guest information pack can be found inside the apartment together with guide book and road map. A detailed guest information sheet will be sent to you upon receipt of the full balance.
Further services, including airport pick ups, can be negotiated locally. 25% non refundable deposit on booking. Full payment to be received within 8 weeks of departure.
100 GBP fully refundable security deposit is required to cover any damages and losses. This will be refunded within 10days after the end of your holiday if there is no damage/losses and the key is returned
