Sleeping up to 6 people and located between the towns of Kapparis and Paralimni the apartment has panoramic sea views and is just a few minutes from the nearby beaches, restaurants, tavernas and supermarkets.
The apartment is fully furnished with quality furniture and includes TV, DVD, HI-FI. The veranda is equipped with patio furniture so you can wine and dine alfresco whilst drinking in the vistas.

The Famagusta District
Southern Cyprus enjoys an enviable climate with an estimated 340 days of sunshine in the year. The East Coast boasts the best beaches on the island including the well known Fig Tree Bay and Nissi Beach as well as the numerous small unspoilt local beaches. The sea is crystal clear and there are plenty of watersports available for those who don't want to spend the entire time lazing on the beach.
To add contrast to your holiday, you can venture into the Troodos mountains where you will find speactacular scenery and unspoilt villages.
Kapparis / Paralimnia area
The Santa Marina Apartments are located between Paralimni and Kapparis. Kapparis, a 10 minute walk or 2 minute drive away, is a smaller resort than the nearby Protaras and has its own local beaches and watersports. It also has a good choice of Bars and Tavernas.
The lively family resort of Protaras is less than a 10 minutes drive or taxi ride away, with beautiful beaches and a good night life.
For those who want to venture a little further, Ayia Napa is just a 15 minute drive or taxi ride away. With it's pituresque harbour, large waterpark and lively nightlife Ayia Napa provides a more energetic option for those who have the stamina!
Other nearby attractions include: the Nature Reserve at Cape Greco, the 'Famagusta' viewpoint, small local zoo museums and monastries.

A reservation deposit of £100.00 (GB Pounds) will be required at time of booking which is non-refundable if cancelled by the client. The balance is due a minimum of 6 weeks prior to occupancy together with a £150 GBP breakage deposit. The breakage deposit will be refunded within 2 weeks of leaving the apartment following satisfactory inspection.
Late bookings, and bookings of less than one week's occupancy are to be paid in full at time of booking.

Just a quick email to thank you for the use of your Santa Marina apartment. We found the apartment to be extremely well kitted out and very comfortable. Your recommendations regarding restaurants also came up trumps, ate twice in both Faliros and Just Italian. Once again thanks, we would not hesitate to come back to you should we ever head out to Cyprus again.
