Home description

Paralimni Sands is only a short drive or walk from lovely beaches close by, or you can visit the popular holiday resorts of Ayia Napa, Protaras and Fig Tree Bay. The island is steeped in history and it enjoys beautiful scenery throughout the regions. Many restaurants close by provide nightly entertainment or you can choose a quiet venue. They all provide excellent food.

The Famagusta District

Between Famagusta and Protaras, Kapparis is a short distance away from the hub of Protaras and Ayia Napa. It offers a good choice of pubs and restaurants. The Kapparis area remains lively throughout the winter months providing an all year round destination. Winter months is especially a good time for walkers. There are many beautiful coastal paths, sandy beaches and some also offer watersport activities. Cyprus has a very mild climate enjoying sunshine for most of the year. Seas are warm throughout. The country is steeped in history for thousands of years. You can experience the view points or take a boat to see the ghostly deserted city of Farmagusta.


Kapparis area

Relax on the sun drenched beaches of Kapparis, or choose one of the many other beaches close by. There are many nature trails and coastal path walks, watersports, diving and swimming. Good cuisine at exceptionally good prices can be eaten in a choice of restaurants in Kapparis, including Meze, Italian, Chinese, Greek or English. Protaras and Ayia Napa offer nightclubs for those who like to dance the night away or these places offer many restaurants for a lively evening. Visit cosmopolitan Nicosia and Larnaca for good shopping, or wander around the local shops of Paralimni and Protaras. Venture on a days trip to the Troodos mountains. There are many beautiful churches in the area.

Fly to Larnaca - Kapparis is 45 minutues from airport. It is advisable to book flights early to get the best prices. There are very rarely any late deals.

The apartment, built in 2004, is in a quiet family complex with a communcal pool. It has recently been redecorated and has a number of new items of furniture and accessories. The owners make use of the apartment on a regular basis and regard it as their home in the sun.

The apartment is situated on the first floor, accessible by stairs and lift. There is a designated under cover parking space. A communal disabled toilet on the ground floor. The pool and complex is cleaned daily. There are sunbeds, umbrellas and a shower around the pool.

Conditions

Immediate payment secures the booking. A refundable breakages/damage deposit is required of £100 on booking. No smoking in the apartment. No pets. Towels must remain in the apartment. Bring your own beach towels.
