This is a brand new beautifully furnished one bedroom apartment situated on the 1st floor and consists of a spacious open plan living-dining kitchen with a double bedroom. The interior is finished to a very high standard. The lounge has a sofabed and armchair with a flat screen Satellite TV and DVD player. The lounge leads out to the covered area of the patio where you will find a table and chairs for you to relax or dine alfresco.
The bedroom has twin beds which can easily be pushed together if desired, built in wardrobes and dressing table. There is an en-suite bathroom with over bath shower, wash basin and WC. In addition there is a separate shower room with walk in shower, basin and WC. The bedroom also leads out to the open area of the patio where there will be sun loungers available for you to soak up that Cyprus sun.
The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you would expect such as, Oven, Hob, Extractor, Fridge freezer, Washing machine and a Microwave, Kettle and Toaster. There is also an Iron and Ironing board and everything you will need for self catering.

The Famagusta District
The Famagusta region has many attractions including glorious sandy beaches, water parks and wild life park . The weather is great all year round with temperatures hitting 30 at times from April through to October with temperatures outside of this period still very nice.
Protaras is about 2km away and has endless bars, restaurants and sandy beaches including the renowned Fig Tree Bay. Agia Napa is about 13km away for those wishing to enjoy the wilder side of life. Both Protaras and Agia Napa have water sports including boat trips, paragliding and jet skis and water parks with the one at Agia Napa being the largest in Europe.
Paralimni is about 2km inland and has a beautiful cathedral, shops and bars.
Kapparis area
Nearby: There is a 24 hour bakery close by. Supermarkets within walking distance and the Bus stop is close by for all areas. You will also find a large array of shops and eateries along with the main banks bars and restaurants to choose from including traditional Cypriot, Italian, Chinese and pub fayre bars.
Enjoy the local Cypriot music and dancing night at Faliros restaurant which includes an amazing balancing act where a man puts about 20 glasses on top of each other on his head.
A bit further on there is the town of Paralimni with its beautiful square and main church. There you will find plenty of cafe’s and taverna’s to try and see how the locals socialize.
Coast/Beach: The nearest beach is Fireman Cove and is approx 15 mins walk. There are plenty of other beaches to choose from in this area easily reached by car or bicycle such as Pernera which is 5mins by car. Water sports, boat trips, diving and fishing are all available locally
How to get there
Travel: There are 2 international airports in Cyprus the nearest is Larnaca Airport which is 65km / 40 min drive away. Paphos airport is at the other end of the island and is 2 hours drive away. Taxis are available from the airport or you can hire a car to pick up from the airport. Alternatively, we can arrange transfers if required, payable locally. Directions are provided to ensure you reach the apartment easily. We can also provide good quality and good value car hire options for you.
Flights can be sourced through opodo or direct with easyjet, monarch, cyprusairways, British Airways and other international airlines

Our apartment is non-smoking and we do not allow pets. Smoking must be outside.
We can arrange for a welcome pack to be there upon your arrival which consists of the basic items such as, tea, coffee, milk, water, sugar, biscuits, bread, butter, jam for a cost of 15 euros. Alternatively, we can provide whatever you require and you pay for the cost of the goods as per the receipt together with an additional 5.00 euros to cove costs, paid locally.
Prices are for the property per week in UK pounds.
We offer good discounts on rentals over two weeks.
A £100 non refundable deposit is required on booking with the balance payable 6 weeks prior to departure.
We also require a £100 refundable deposit against damages which will be refunded after your return once everything has been checked.
