This property is in a stunning and private location, about 10 minutes drive from the village of Kangaroo Valley. Enjoy complimentary champagne and chocolates on arrival as you soak up the 200 acres of paradise, the escarpment, rain forest, waterfalls, and miniature stud beef cattle. The cottage is beautifully decorated, exceptionally comfortable, with air conditioning and a log fire and is fully equipped.

Located upstairs you will find the spacious main bedroom with a comfortable Queen bed and ensuite as well as an inviting second bedroom plus the second bathroom. Beautiful soft bath robes are also supplied so you can be extra relaxed while lounging around in front of fire reading a good book, or watching a dvd. Also upstairs is a lounge room and an expansive balcony with outdoor setting from which to take in the breathtaking views. With its own fully equipped kitchen stocked with the basic necessities, dining room and garden with barbeque, there is no need to even leave the place - just pack your bags, arrive and forget that the rest of the world exists.
