The property has four bedrooms . Three bedrooms each have a queen size bed in them and the fourth bedroom

has a single bed and a treble bunk. The bunk consists of a double bed on the bottom and a single bed on top . Please note that the single bunk bed is only suitable for a student age child and NOT an adult or very young child.

The house also comes with a cot if required (self assembly) . There is seating at the dining table for 10 people

and the tv area has plenty of seating area as well. A good selection of DVD's are available for guest use .

The kitchen layout is generous and contains most items you will require to enjoy your meal if you decide to eat-in.

Please note that Macca's , KFC and Hungry's are not on K.I. Other Take -Away is available as well as two good quality hotels that serve lunch and evening meals . I prefer "The Queenscliff Hotel". You will find all the usual shops , cafes, banks etc but on a smaller scale in Kingscote . The Supermarket is open 7 days. Halal food / meat is generally not available on Kangaroo Island.

The South Australia region

Population Kangaroo Island is approx 4400 people, 540kms of coastline , length 155km width ranges from 1 km to 55km.

Always leave your worries and stress at home and come and enjoy K.I. time . What to wear: Summers are a little milder and cool evenings. Summer is December onwards .Then March to June the weather is still ok bit cooler and balmy days and calm seas. Light weight clothing and shorts are still ok . Bring a jumper for the evening just in case. June through to September is colder weather and you will need warm clothes and camping is not a good idea and you need to expect some rain.
