Sofa and coffee table,fridge, coffee maker,kettle crockery,pots,pans and chopping boards. 2 hob gas stove with gas supplied.A 24 inch digital TV with GOTV satellite premium subscription with over 60 channels all of which are all included in price.

Neighbourhood

Local community,restaurants are bars are close by.Easy to access anywhere in and around Kampala City Centre. US Embassy is 10 minutes away, City Centre around 12-15 minutes. ATMS and banks ,international restaurants and bars are nearby are within 10 minutes.Affluent and well sort after area to stay and live,very popular with expats.

Getting Around

We can arrange transport pick up at airport, hire of a car or a driver to take around guests. Local taxi's pass at top of road and the famous boda,bodas are readily nearby. Parking is available onsite as well.

Other things to note

Villas cleaned twice a week with bed linen and towels provided and changed as well.Villas secure within 12 ft perimeter wall and 24 hour armed guard onsite.

Laundry and ironing service available on request.

Long or short term stay welcome. Long stay deals can be negotiated.

Unlimited Wifi Access in all villas.

Smoking allowed but preferred not inside villas.

Respect other guests when arriving home late at night and keep noise to minimum.

Why can't I call Emily (the owner) before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Emily (the owner) a message.

If Emily (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
