Serenity House is at Naluvule, just after Nansana on Hoima (Namirembe) Road. It benefits from easy transport links due to the NORTHERN BYPASS . Unlike many places in Kampala, Hoima Road does not suffer from traffic jams because of the Northern Bypass. Thus Serenity has the advantage of being close to the city but with a quiet countryside freshness.
Serenity House is within easy access of he most famous cultural symbols of Uganda, Kasubi Tombs and Ndere Troup. Also large supermarkets accessed by the Northern Bypass - Garden City, Game, ShopRite.
Many eating places and churches in neighbouring Nansana just down the road. Ask Eddie, he will always have a solution!
While at Serenity, Eddie will take you to explore his garden: see his marvel of a freshwater well, sample the chilli peppers and the sugarcane, enjoy the plentiful greens, examine the jackfruit and the avocado trees; maybe Eddie will pick a fresh pineapple for you or take you fishing in our fishponds for fresh Tilapia of Catfish; or dig up the sweetest of purple yams
Please note that there is a £20 per week deposit for bills, due to the astronomical cost of power in Uganda. We read all the meters - water and electricity and weight for the gas cylinder - at check in and again at check out then calculate the bills with the money paid directly to Eddie the caretaker so the bills are paid promptly. Eddie will advise you on your usage every two weeks or so so that you can monitor your usage and have the funds to top up your deposit at the end of your stay, if necessary. Any balance from the bills deposit will be given at check out.

Relax at home in the cool of the compound or go into town for a party. Visit the Ivory leisure centre for a sauna and steam then across to the Icon club for some lively dance music!
After the commercial town of Nansana, Naluvule next to it is quiet and residential - which is as it should be for a serene holiday experience!
