Kamala Heights is a spacious villa. Here you can stay for as long as you like, with your family, your friends or working colleagues, for recreation or business purposes.

Bedrooms for up to 24 people

The villa has altogether seven double bedrooms (fourteen beds) plus ten extra beds (eight of them in the bigger rooms). The bedrooms vary in size but all are air-conditioned. They also have big, efficient roof-ventilation fans that you can use when you think it gets too cool with air-con. All rooms are equipped with flat TV screens (90 international channels).

Internet

All areas in the villa have high speed fibre Wi-Fi internet. You have access to laptop, multi-printer and fax when needed.

Pool area

The villa has a 19 metres long infinity pool with jacuzzi and a shaded pool area with a bar, where you can take refreshing drinks. Here you can also get a relaxing massage while listening to nice, soft background music, transmitted through speakers in the ceiling.

Clean water

The pool and the jacuzzi have an electronic water cleaning system. Therefore chlorine is not needed. All water in the house comes from a spring in the mountains above. It is clear, clean, and definitely drinkable.

Terrace

If you prefer to be in the sun, you have a big terrace on the upper floor with a breathtaking view over the sea, the valley and the mountains.

Conference room

On the middle floor, there is a combined cinema and conference room for twenty people, with a HD projector and surround audio system.

Kitchen, food

In the spacious, well-equipped kitchen upstairs you have double fridges and freezers, double gas stoves, coffee machine, juice machine, etc. Here you can make your breakfast, cook your lunch and dinner. You can hire our staff and chef to do it for you, if you prefer that. There are also many nice restaurants in Kamala village at a short distance from Kamala Heights.

Laundering

If you want to have your clothes washed and ironed, our staff can do this for you.

Maintenance

Cleaning of floors, changing of bedclothes, and every other kind of maintenance of bedrooms, the rest of the villa and the pool, are included in the price.

Transport

We have our own well-equipped minibus (with TV, surround sound system and comfortable chairs) for maximum fifteen passengers plus driver. You can pick it up at the airport or at Kamala Heights and rent it from us during your stay here. No special driver's license is needed. If you don't want to drive the bus yourself, you can hire our driver. If you prefer to rent an ordinary car we can help you to do that, too.Motorbikes are available for rent at Kamala Heights

The manager of Kamala Heights, Razzaq, is in the office/reception during the day, unless otherwise agreed. He can help you with practical matters in connection with your stay here, for example to book a taxi or order tickets for boat trips to various islands such as Phi Phi and James Bond Island in the beautiful archipelago of Phuket and Krabi. Phuket Fantasea, with its famous elephant show, is within walking distance from the house where you live.

Why can't I call Razzaq (the owner) before booking?

You can exchange contact details with the property owner/manager once your booking is confirmed and you’ve paid in full. Paying and communicating only through our platform allows us to ensure that your booking is covered by our Payment Protection policy.

If you have any questions before booking, you can send the property owner/manager a message via the contact form on their listing. Once you’ve booked, you can discuss the rental and make arrangements for your trip by logging into Manage my booking.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How can I retract my booking request?

You’ll need to contact Razzaq (the owner) to do this. Send them a message in Manage your holiday booking or through the contact form on this page.

How do I cancel my booking?

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Razzaq (the owner) a message.

If Razzaq (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
