About the home

The apartment is brand new and have untouched furniture. Our apartment is duplex. The first floor of the apartment consists of a living room, a kitchen and a lounge. The kitchen is equipped fully with housewares & appliances, potteries and utensils which are enough up to six people. Dining area comprises one rectangular dining room table and six wooden chairs. A sofa, a coffee table and two armchairs can be found in the living room. The sofa can be turned and convert into one double bed. Patio doors open to amazing sea view area.

The second floor of the apartment consists of 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. One of them includes a double bed, a night table, a bureau, a mirror, and a closet. The other bedroom includes 2 single beds, a night table, a bureau, a mirror, and a closet. All bedrooms have private bathrooms are constituted of WC, a shower and a shaved point. Patio doors and windows open to balconies having awesome and amazing sea view.

The air conditioning, the central heating, the internet access, the satellite TV, and the DVD player are available 24/7 and can be used freely and unlimited for the apartment.

Cetinkaya Apartment is located on the hillside above Kalkan so they are far away from the noise of town and you can enjoy incredible evening mountain breeze. You can walk easily to the centre of Kalkan.On the other hand,we recommend you that when you turn to the apartment,you may rent mobilities or cab because of the uphill walking. Transportation is available for twenty for-seven. The apartment is accommodated up to six people. It is very comfortable for four people.

The exterior facilities include huge swimming pool (75 m2) is shared the other three apartments, sunbeds, parasols,barbecue tools,pool towels.Our apartment shares very beautiful ornamental garden with Mediterranean flowers.

Strictly no smoking except on the balcony and terrace.

There is a deposit of £100 required at time of booking. The remainder of the balance is due 8 weeks before arrival. Damages over £25 will be invoiced to the guest.

The Turquoise Coast/Lycia region

This area known as blue flag bays and the main tourist areas on the Turkey. This small and friendly town has very clear sea and beautiful landscape on the Mediterranean Coast . Kalkan is the only safe harbor between Kas and Fethiye ; it is famous for its white-washed houses, descending to the sea, and its brightly colored bougainvilleas.

Places of interest nearby include Patara,Xanthos,Kas,Kaputas,Fethiye,and Dalaman . There are many trips and activities that can be arranged locally.

The areas known as the Turkish Riviera and the Turquoise coast are the main tourist areas on the Mediterranean Coast. The beautiful landscape, where the Aegean meets the Mediterranean is the beginning of the Turquoise Coast. This area is dominated by the Taurus mountains whose cliffs plunge dramatically into the bluest of coastlines. Further along the Mediterranean is Antalya known as the Turkish Riviera. The Mediterranean Coast is renowned for its' magnificent scenery as picturesque coves, rocky headlands, turquoise waters, golden beaches and pine forests unfold. A place where simple villages contrast sophisticated resorts, fishing vessels and pleasure yachts jostle together in the shelter of a picturesque harbour.

The Kalkan area

Kalkan is a village established on a harbor of the south west coast of Turkey. This ancient old town retains its original character coming from Mediterranean cultures, homes and the other details are similar to isalands of Greece and Italian. Scuba diving and other water activities are also available locally..

There are also several banks, a post office, a variety of supermarkets, a large weekly market, a couple of internet cafes and a pleasant pebbly beach. All this, together with the fact that there are over 100 restaurants and bars to choose from, means that you don't have to leave Kalkan at all during your stay.
