Detached villa with own pool and 3 en suite bedrooms and free wi-fi. Villa Palm offers a wonderful quiet setting on the hillside overlooking Kalkan Bay yet within a 10/15 min stroll to the village. There is a private pool, accessed via Roman steps or ladder, large terracing, a practical shaded verandah, garden, balconies and fully furnished roof terrace. Fantastic sea views. The villa is furnished to a very comfortable standard. The living room which has air conditioning has an open fireplace, flat screen TV with English speaking channels, DVD player and Bluetooth speaker. Free unlimited wi-fi is available for our guests. 1 x 3 seater sofa, 1 x 2 seater sofa, armchair, double patio doors to covered fully furnished dining verandah and large furnished patio/pool terrace. There is a large fully fitted kitchen with cooker, hob, extractor fan, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, electric kettle, toaster and cool water dispenser. Dining room table, seating for six, double doors to covered fully furnished dining verandah and large patio/pool terrace. Downstairs WC with washhand basin. Bedroom 1 with king size wrought iron bed, en-suite, patio doors to shared balcony with stunning views. Hand made, white washed bedroom furniture. Ceiling fan. Bedroom 2 with wrought iron queen sized bed, en-suite, patio doors to shared balcony. Hand made, white washed bedroom furniture. Ceiling fan. Renovated top floor with raised roof. Bedroom 3 with twin beds, separate bathroom with full height shower enclosure, vanity unit and toilet. Access to superb roof terrace, again with stunning views. All 3 bedrooms have air-conditioning. The villa has a safety deposit box and is fitted with a security alarm. All windows have mosquito screens. The villa is cleaned for your arrival and on departure. If your stay is over one week you will also receive a mid-stay clean including clean linen and towels. We supply pool towels for your convenience.

Beautiful large terraced area with sea views. Private pool with roman steps for easy access steps, pool ladder and lighting. Outdoor furniture includes comfortable cushioned wooden sunbeds, large parasols and drinks tables. 2 large comfy cushioned wrought iron sofas with huge parasol. Large covered verandah with dining table and comfortable high backed chairs for 6. There is also a gas BBQ if you fancy trying your hand at al Fresco cooking. Beautiful deep pink and red Bougainvillea together with sweet smelling jasmine and wisteria climbs over the verandah and railings and dotted all around the terrace/patio area are terracotta pots overflowing with pretty, scented colourful flowers. The bedroom balcony is furnished with comfy cushioned wrought iron sofas and a drinks table. The private roof terrace is furnished with a covered pergola, L-shaped wrought iron cushioned comfy day bed, a drinks table and dining table with 2 chairs.The pool and terrace are cleaned daily.

Why can't I call Donna (the owner) before booking?

You can exchange contact details with the property owner/manager once your booking is confirmed and you’ve paid in full. Paying and communicating only through our platform allows us to ensure that your booking is covered by our Payment Protection policy.

If you have any questions before booking, you can send the property owner/manager a message via the contact form on their listing. Once you’ve booked, you can discuss the rental and make arrangements for your trip by logging into Manage my booking.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Donna (the owner) a message.

If Donna (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
