Home description
This recently finished villa, is situated in a peaceful area of Kalkan very close to the sea and small beach (100m away).
This beach is an ideal bathing spot in a beautiful corner of the bay and has access to a good quality beach club where you can have a sit down meal and drink or take-away.
Kalkan town is accessible by foot (approx 1 km.) however taxis are readily available and very reasonable. Many people will probably have hired a car and there is parking space at the house.

Kalkan by day is fun. The town centre of Kalkan becomes surprisingly empty during the day as guests set off for daytime activities. Popular activities include beach-going, relaxing at beach clubs or swimming pools, water sports, exploring the ancient lands around Kalkan and boat and gullet trips. Don't forget to stop by Kalkan's Thursday Market to pick up some great bargains and see local life.

Visiting Cities of Ancient Lycia Kalkan is known for its proximity to a great number of ancient Lycian sites. These make excellent day trips and many Kalkan tour agencies run trips to them or hire your own car. Around twenty major sites remain today with a vast amount of unusual funerary architecture (for which Lycia is famous) dotting the mountains and valleys surrounding Kalkan. Distances from Kalkan range from less than half an hour to about two hours driving.
Mountain Excursions Near Kalkan Saklikent Gorge - The longest canyon in Turkey - gorgeous. Green Lake - Emerald-green with mountain nomads living on its shores, high in the Taurus Mountains. Elmali- A very old traditional Ottoman town in the Taurus mountain highlands, site of ancient and prehistoric settlements. See Turkish life much like it was 100 years ago.
And other activities like Turkish baths(Hamam), Mountain Trout Farm Restaurants, Tandem Paragliding and so on.

How to get there
Fly to Dalaman airport. Transfers can be arranged to Kalkan or car hire can be arranged .Transfer time approx 90 minutes.
Transfer from airport: 10 or 15 £ / person depending on the amount of visitors. Please ask. Car Hire : 25 £ / Day - You can hire a car from airport to reach the villa by your own if you would like to.

Floors are designed like 2 duplex. So you can rent the entire Villa with your family or with your friends. (Up to 14 sleeping beds + 2 Sofa beds)
We also take reservations for 2 to 6 person as well. So you can rent the entire house for a better price.
Further details outdoors: A 5 minute walk from the villa will find the local shop to supply all essential items. The Patara Prince tennis courts which are open to visitors are a 10 minute walk away.
