About the home

Luxury living inside a beautiful family villa with outside swimming pool. Fully furnished to the highest standard. Easy walking (2 minutes) to centre of the old town.
Reach the beach in a 4 minute walk. All appliances and sunbeds are included. BBQ on roof terrace for those perfect warm evenings.

.1 bdrm downstairs en-suite with own air con double bed settee +extra fold up bed if required & sliding glass doors with walk out to pool area
2nd bdrm & 3rd bdrm second floor en suite have own balconies + own air con with 2 single beds in each .
4th bdrm also second floor en suite has own balcony + own air con with 1 double bed .
Fifth bedroom third floor walks out on roof terrace with air con ,not en suite but extra guest WC downstairs living room, has 2 single beds ,this bdrm has sloping ceiling

On occasion people have approached us asking if we can supply a cook to which we have endevoured to do in the past . This has proven to be very succesful and if you are interested in this please contact ourselves for further details

Please be aware in Turkey insurance companies will not include liability cover so the villa owners will not be liable for any accidents to individuals in the villa and its swimming pool and prvate areas , if you feel you require this insurance you must be responsable to cover yourselves .

All bdrm balconies have small table and 2 chairs

If a person is booking early - - ie the previous year to the holiday , we would only expect a deposit of 150 pounds to hold the booking until the following January

Change over day is flexible

The Kalkan / Central Kalkan area

The villa is 3 minutes easy walk into centre of old Kalkan town.
For those of you who know Kalkan,close to Sofra restaurant and the rear of Mekez restourant their are wide stairs leading up to sidewalk of road, it is up these stairs and across road and tucked in and up behind shops, making it very quiet and private, also giving amazing Harbour and sea views from pool level.
Alternatively walking away from Harbour on reaching round about by taxi rank take the road to right of this and walking up same perhaps 100 meters , this is where we are again on left hand side behind shops and up .

The historic town of Kalkan nestles at the foot of the Taurus mountains and is situated on Turkeys gorgeous Lycian coast and was once a greek fishing village .
Today Kalkan is quietly sophisticated and postcard pretty . The narrow cobbled streets are festooned with brightly coloured bougainvillea intermingled with many whitewashed shutter shops and boutiques selling ceramic pots antiques crafts Turkish carpets allong with a multitude of excellent roof top restaurants

Fly to Dalaman. Bus or Self Drive Car Hire or Taxi (For good Taxi transfer rates refer to owner) to reach Kalkan

Kalkan Blue Villa is 2 minutes easy walk to centre of old Kalkan Town .

Jane Thomas - We have had a lovely week in Kalkan the villa has everything you need with such great views from wherever you are and within minutes to the town centre was just brilliant ,as last year we where in a differant villa and the climb back was just to much for us .

Dawn Mann - We have stayed here for most of September 08 and have found the villa just a delightful place to make our home and such a wonderful view from the roof terrace when doing the BBQ, the kids where so happy with the large pool and so close to old town made it a joy .

if a person is booking the previous year to the holiday , we would only expect a deposit of 150 Pounds to hold the booking until the following January when a further amount would be expected .

ie - - if a party wants to book for June 20i1 and the present date is Sept 2010 we would only expect a deposit of 150 Pounds until the Jan of 2011 when we would expect a further amount amounting to half of total amount . The balance would then be paid 8 weeks prior to the holiday

Please Note - If the remainder of half of balance is not paid by end of January the 150 pounds is not refundable and the Villa owner has the right to cancel booking .

Please be aware you must take out your own cancelation insurance and holiday insurance as Turkish Villa home insurance will not cover accidents at the villa
