We have a choice of 3 apartments to offer you all in the same block. The ground floor appt is a beautifully presented 1 bedroom which sleeps up to 4, with its own private terrace and pretty garden which overlooks a small intimate pool.
Furnished to a high standard . Towels, linen and welcome pack included . Cleaned once a week.

The Turquoise Coast/Lycia region
The turquoise coast has become the first choice for many first time and repeat visitors to Turkey. Turquoise seas and dramatic views of mountains and coast lines are hard to beat. The climate is fantastic , the people are so friendly and the food is superb.
Kalkan area
Kalkan curls snuggly around a historic harbour sheltered at the foot of the towering Taurus mountains. The town overlooks a beautiful bay with its shimmering sea. Once a sleepy fishing village, Kalkan has stacks of charm and has changed little over the years offering a taste of traditional Turkish life. The town itself offers many quality and sophisticated restaurants most of which have elegant roof terraces providing a lovely setting with outstanding views. Brilliantly coloured bougainvillea cascades down from the terraces onto the streets below.
The cobbled streets wind down through the village with many shops, boutiques, bars, and restaurants leading down to Kalkan harbour . The harbour itself moores many gulets which can be hired daily and are highly recommended its a great day out, with lunch included . Boats set off around 10.30am returning 5pm we have a list of the best boats in the apartments for you to choose from. Some Captains also offer moonlight boat trips.
There are lots of other excursions on offer including canoeing through the rapids of river Xanthos, which I must say is a great fun day. The Saklikent Gorge is also a great day out BUT not for the faint hearted.
How to get there
Dalaman airport is the nearest to Kalkan. Flights are now available from almost every UK airport , taking approx 4 hours. With more and more airlines flying into Dalaman including easy jet, prices are steadily coming down. The transfer from Dalaman to Kalkan is roughly 90 minutes. We can gladly arrange this for you .

If for any reason you wish to change your booking we will do our best to accommodate your changes though we cannot guarantee that the apartment will be available on an alternative date.

Thanks for renting us your gorgeous apartment , we had a fantastic holiday and great for children too. The location is perfect and really is only 2 min walk into the centre of Kalkan. Your apartment is lovely and so clean and tidy, and had everything you could possibly need. Breakfast was wonderful every morning overlooking the sea. Thanks again we love Kalkan . Your apartment is absolutely the best for cleanliness, location,location,location, and so well equipped and organised. We had a lovely welcome pack inclusive of 4 lagers and a bottle of wine thank you very much. Kalkan is a fabulous find, the people are so lovely nothing is too much trouble. Honestly 2 weeks was not enough. We would like to come back next year so will be in touch again. Jo
