Kalkan / Central Kalkan area
Kalkan is a spectacular sophisticated Mediterranean resort and fishing village. It lies at the foot of the towering Taurus moutains, with wonderful sea views and dotted surrounding islands.From the town you can meander down to the lovely working harbour and sit and relax at one of the many harbour restaurants.
Kalkan is renowned for its superb cuisine, the best it is said along the turkish coast, many of the restaurants have been featured annually in reports from UK National news papers. There you can relax and enjoy the roof top restaurants wonderful food and 1st class service.
The old town with its cobbled winding streets has many specialised shops selling jewellery arts and crafts, boutiques and quality hand bags you can browse until late at your leisure with out any pressure at all. Thursday is market day where you can pick up bagains and also some fresh local prouducts from the surrounding country side.

Dalaman is the closest airport to Kalkan with many flights from the UK, flying into their new internatiional airport.
The flight from the UK to Dalaman takes approx. 4 hrs. with airport transfer by car or mini bus taking approx. 1hr. 30min, which can be pre arranged if necessary.

The property is very suitable for one or two families to share, reducing the cost of a very special holiday. The apartment has every thing you need for your stay, a fully fitted kitchen with all the mod-cons, two double showers, three toilets, a TV plus DVD player and some DVD's. The balcony is very secure with the most amazing views over Kalkan and the surrounding sea and mountains.
Further details outdoors: Kalkan is such an unique place, one that draws people back time after time. The best sandy beach on the Turkish coast is only ten minutes away, with 18km. of golden sands. Kalkan has a pretty cove and harbour with lots of water sports and you can hire a boat trips for the day giving wonderful value .You could visit an amazing gorge or a quaint trout farm all within easy reach. An over night stay to Ephesis can also be arranged from Kalkan. All hotels in Kalkan are more than happy for anyone to use their facilities, there are several pools our family enjoy and are always given a warm welcome making several friends along the way. The quality of the restaurants are second to none, we are yet to experience a bad meal. Turkey is such good value at the moment because of the Euro against the Pound, now is such a good time to experience Turkey.

- A £150 non-refundable deposit will secure your booking with the balance payable 8 weeks prior to arrival. - A refundable damage/breakages deposit of £200 is also required 8 weeks prior to arrival, this will be returned by clearance with local agent within approx two week after departure. - Smoking is not permitted within the apartment. - No pets allowed.
