Villa Earl Grey is a recently built traditional stone villa set in a delightful plot on the hillside overlooking Kalkan harbour, an ideal setting just on the outskirts of the village and within just 10 - 15 mins walk of the village centre with supermarkets, shops and many restaurants and cars. There is a large private swimming pool with children's pool, plenty of sunbathing terracing, 2 roof terraces, balconies and en suites to all four bedrooms and private gardens and parking.

Kalkan is great for a family holiday or couples holiday. There are absolutely loads of excellent quality restaurants & bars but no loud or rowdy nightclubs. A beautiful and picturesque harbour village.

The Turquoise Coast/Lycia region

Kalkan is set on the beautiful Turquoise Coast within just a 20 minute drive to the famous Patara Beach with its glorious 20 kilometres of golden sand. Klakn itself has a small and friendly beach by the harbour. There are plenty of secluided coves within easy reach as well as Beach Clubs with a large range of watersports for the more adventurous. Shopping is excellent with many "designer" bargains to be found! There are excusions readily available to many ancient sites and palces of interest.

Kalkan / Central Kalkan area

There are many places of interest to visit including Tlos, Saklikent, Olu Deniz and Fethiye. There are water sports at the local brach clubs and paragliding from the top of the Taurus Mountains. Boat trips can be arranged in the harbour and you can visit lovely secluded coves and beaches.

South facing terrace around the pool which gets the sun all day long. Sun loungers and parasols for up to 10 people, brick built barbecue, outdoor dining tables and chairs for 10/12 people, two large roof terraces, private parking for 2 cars, private gardens filled with fragrant plants. I have a pool engineer & gardener who attend the property each day. Cleaning once a week (more by arrangement). I have an employee who is always on hand for any quieries or maintenance issues. we ask that smokers do not smoke within the villa.

The villa is ideal for 8 people although I am happy for 10 as a maximum.

Conditions

I ask for 20% deposit on booking with the balance paid 10 weeks prior to departure. I also take £250 breakage deposit which is returned within 1 week of your return from the villa.
