Our exquisite 2 bed apartment is just one of seven and is located on the first floor and benefits from a large balcony overlooking the pool and has spectacular views over Kalkan bay.
Air conditioned and furnished to a high standard, ensuring a very comfortable stay for our guests. There is a large infinity pool and patio area with a separate children's paddling pool.To the front of the apartments there are beautiful landscaped gardens.
Take a leisurely stroll into the village to the bars, restaurants, harbour and beach. Mini markets, the post office and banks are also within walking distance.

The Turquoise Coast/Lycia region
This is better known as the Turquoise Coast because of the gorgeous blue seas.The spectacular Taurus Mountains with pine forests form a dramatic background to the region. Kalkan is the perfect place to explore the coastline which is scattered with sandy beaches, ancient ruins and many places of interest. The Lycia Region has a typical Mediterranean climate with long hot summers and mild winters.
Kalkan area
Kalkan is a beautiful, sophisticated harbour town set in a breathtaking landscape at the foot of the Taurus Mountains.
Take a wander down the narrow winding streets past pretty white buildings covered in bougainvillea to the boutique shops. Enjoy a cool drink whilst watching the boats slip in and out of the charming harbour.
At night when Kalkan comes alive, you can dine by candle light to the strains of jazz or classical music at one of the many rooftop or harbour-side restaurants and enjoy the amazing views of the harbour and beyond. The range and style of cuisine available is exceptional and very reasonably priced.
If you want to relax, Kalkan has its own attractive pebble beach beside the harbour or there are numerous beach clubs which are accessible by foot or free water-taxi, offering stunning settings for bathing and water sports. Why not take a boat trip or go scuba diving, both available from the harbour.
The beautiful sandy beaches of Patara and Kaputas, with the clearest turquoise waters you have ever seen, are only a 15 minute drive by car or local dolmus.
For the daring there is more adventurous activities available such as hillside parachuting in nearby Kas. Many sites of Cultural interest and places of beauty such as Saklikent Gorge, Olu Deniz and the sunken city of Kekova are easily reached by car or on one of the many tours offered in the village.
How to get there
Flights to Dalaman Airport - You will need to purchase a £10 Sterling tourist visa on arrival at the airport. Transfer time to the apartment is approx 1 hour by car - a lovely scenic drive on good roads. Towels and linen are provided. Please bring your own towels for the beach and around the pool. Prices include a weekly maid service, linen change and electricity. A small welcome pack is provided on arrival.
Conditions
Stirctly no smoking in the apartment or on the balconies. A non-refundable deposit of 25% is required by cheque in sterling to secure the booking. Confirmation letter is sent once the deposit has been banked. The balance of the holiday must be paid at least 8 weeks prior to your departure date. A refundable breakages deposit of £150 (separate cheque) is required with final payment, to be refunded within 2 weeks of your departure (subject to satisfactory property inspection).
