A bright and airy villa with considerable space around the pool and plenty of lounging chairs in and out of the sun.

Wireless internet in this villa!!!! Only 100 metres from the sea and falling between Villa Mahal Beach Club and Kisla Beach Club - about a 200 metre walk to either club. Own private pool with huge patio area for sunbathing. A great villa with an exceptional amount of living space.Will easily accommodate 2 large families with ample space to chill/sunbathe.

Ground floor: large open plan lounge/dining area/kitchen with all mod cons. Floor to ceiling windows and patio doors leading onto the sundeck with amazing views over Kalkan Bay. Back office/bedroom/quiet room with sofa bed and armchairs. Downstairs bathroom (shower, toilet, basin), spiral staircase to first floor.

First floor: 3 double bedrooms with floor to ceiling windows and built in wardrobes with tons of storage space. Front 2 bedrooms give onto shared front balcony. One of these bedrooms has an en suite. The back bedroom has a super king size bed and has a private side balcony. Bathroom with shower, basin and toilet.

Second floor in the roof space makes a fantastic kids room/den - 2 single beds and a sofa bed - with DVD projector for watching movies. Washing machine and drying facilites. Impressive balcony at the front of the villa.

The DVD projector can be moved anywhere in the villa to watch movies and plays UK DVDs against any wall.

Airconditioning in all bedrooms as well as the lounge.

Further details outdoors:
Turkish pergola has been built around the pool to give some shade as the villa is in full sun in the summer months. Under this pergola is a granite dining table to accommodate 8 people and a lounge area which is great for reading and playing games in the shade.

There is also a pergola on the side of the villa near to the stone barbecue with another dining table, seating for 6. The configuration of tables and chairs can easily be moved around.

Private pool and huge patio area will easily accommodate 10 sunbathers.

The villa is bright and airy throughout and is furnished to a very high standard. Wireless internet is available.

A reputable local agent has been appointed to maintain the villa, the pool will be maintained daily and the villa will be cleaned before and after ever stay. For those staying longer than a week the villa will be cleaned at the end of each full week and bedlinen changed. Additional cleans can be organised on request.

Our English speaking local agent will assist with transfers, car rental or any other issues that might arise.

Conditions

Not suitable for very small children because of the many balconies.

Hiring a boat for the day is cheap and easy and is a fantastic day out to visit the coastline.

Once you've visited the area you will find that you will want to return year after year.

The Kalkan / Kisla area

Kisla is a small village facing Kalkan, overlooking Kalkan bay. There is a free water taxi to take you in to Kalkan and after dark, the short trip back can be made by taxi which is very cheap.

There are many beach clubs lining the bay, each offering it's unique blend of watersports and ambience, from the exclusive Villa Mahal to the action packed Patara Prince, both of which are within walkiing distance.

Whether you opt for an action packed holiday or simply lazing by the pool, you will be enthralled by the sunsetting over the mountains before you head off to sample the delights of the local nightlife, whether it's a sophisticated dining experience on the harbour front or one of the many rooftop restaurants.

And, if you're not up to going out, you can arrange a meal delivery from Bob's Street Cafe.

“Fantastic Villa, great views and amazing pool” We stayed at the Villa for a week in July. As soon as we opened the door we realised we made the right choice. We travelled with a 65 year old and a teenager and we quickly found ourselves at home and found our way round with Mehmet, our taxi driver. As it was very hot, the pool was great to use to cool down and was the perfect place for a nice cold drink after returning from dinner. All the rooms had aircon which was great for our comfort. Roger was keen to introduce himself and he had some great tips for us. Overall a great villa and one that we would love to return to.

“Great Villa, Fabulous Views!” I stayed at the villa with three friends in June. We organised transfers from the airport through the villa owner and Roger which was really simple and convenient. We were met at the airport by our driver who took is straight to the villa where Roger was waiting with keys and to provide us with further information. The pool area with BBQ was excellent and there was a great shaded area for when it got too hot. We visited Bob's shop frequently for bits such as bread, beers, drinks, eggs etc. Bob and his staff were very helpful. The villa was a 5 minute walk to the Beach Park where you could get lunch and drinks and a boat to Kalkan. The sun loungers and parasols were free providing a drink was purchased, the prices of which were very reasonable. The villa and the views were great!!
