Bedrooms: 4 bedrooms exquisitely furnished - all bedrooms have ensuites. Two master bedrooms, each with own jacuzzi and en-suite. Each top floor master bedroom has large patio doors on to the top deck of the villa with uninterrupted 180 degree views of Kalkan bay. The third bedroom, downstairs, has two single beds with an en-suite. The fourth bedroom is in the private apartment at the lower garden level( ideal for older children or family members). Also includes own kitchen, lounge ( TV ).

Kitchen: Large, spacious with all mod cons, including dishwasher. Fully equipped.

Lounge: Large, spacious and elegantly furnished with large satellite TV.

Downstairs WC.

Exterior: Shaded courtyard for quiet dining/reading/games at the back of the villa. Well kept gardens surround the villa with various levels. Sunbathing and dining area around the infiinity pool. Shaded areas under stone arches at swimming pool level for dining and chilling. Well stocked and colourful gardens at three levels around the property. A green and colourful oasis from which to enjoy the panoramic view.

The Turquoise Coast/Lycia region

The Lycian coast is truly unique in that there is somthing for all, there are beautiful sandy beaches, great historical sights, shopping, watersports, fabulous dining experiences and great nightlight.

Hiring a boat for the day is cheap and easy and is a fantastic day out to visit the coastline.

Once you've visited the area you will find that you will want to return year after year.

Kalkan / Kisla area

Kisla is a small village facing Kalkan, overlooking Kalkan bay. There is a free water taxi to take you in to Kalkan and after dark, the short trip back can be made by taxi which is very cheap.

There are many beach clubs lining the bay, each offering it's unique blend of watersports and ambience, from the exclusive Villa Mahal to the action packed Patara Prince, both of which are within walkiing distance.

Whether you opt for an action packed holiday or simply lazing by the pool, you will be enthralled by the sunsetting over the mountains before you head off to sample the delights of the local nightlife, whether it's a sophisticated dining experience on the harbour front or one of the many rooftop restaurants.

How to get there

Fly from most UK major airports to Dalaman, Turkey.
Transfers can be arranged with local agent which is usually about £50 for a car or £80 each way for a people carrier.

Alternatively, car hire can be arranged.

Transfer time is approximately 1hr 30 now that the new tunnel is open and when the new road is completed later this year this time will be further reduced.

The main villa very comfortably accommodates 6.Including the apartment increases the comfortable capacity to 8.

There is an additional totally intergrated one-bedroom apartment in the lower garden level. The apartment has one double bedroom, kitchen and bathroom and sofa-beds in the lounge. If you require use of the apartment then there will be a small additional cost.

Further details outdoors:
The gardens are terraced and back on to the Villa Mahal Beach Club. The Villa has its own steps which lead directly to The Villa Mahal beach club incorporating a private free water taxi to and from Kalkan every 20 minutes.

The apartment is secluded in the lower gardens and can also be rented for a small charge. It is not, however, rented separately.
