The Villa is in a peaceful area yet within ten minutes walk of the town centre. Guests can relax completely whilst sitting on the poolside terrace in the evening absorbing the stunning views.
The caretaker attends to the villa each day and has a wealth of information as well as transferring guests to and from the airport.

The Turquoise Coast/Lycia region
The Turquoise Coast and Lycia region of Turkey is home to some of its most well known resorts. Olu Deniz is famed for its blue lagoon, and the whole of the coastline is spectacular. For those who like nightlife and plenty to do, Fethiye and Bodrum are great for combining ancient sights and wonders with modern facilities. Marmaris is a more European style resort, but still boasts a lovely old town quarter.
Kalkan area
Kalkan is one of the most beautiful, unspoilt locations along Turkey’s Turquoise Coast. The town has an attractive pebble beach, and the warm clear sea makes it perfect for swimming and snorkelling. For those interested in more energetic pursuits there is a range of activities including water-skiing, paragliding, scuba-diving, jet-skiing, canoeing, horse riding and trekking. Or visit the local mud baths for a cleansing experience!
Local mini bus service runs from Kalkan centre to various places of interest. This is one form of cheap transport but the local taxis are also very reasonable. Local supermarkets will deliver to the villa.

Budget airlines that service Dalaman include: FlyThomasCook Thomsonfly for a full selection of airlines click on skyscanner.net. From Dalaman the journey to Kalkan is approximately 1.5 hours. A pick-up service can be provided to and from the airport. Car rental can be arranged with keyholders.
