Wonderful, spacious villa, with plenty of extras - perfect for families and larger groups. Great outside space -there is a large infinity pool with children's pool attached, plenty of sun-loungers for relaxing by the pool, taking in the wonderful views, and a unique wooden Ottoman seating area off the terrace, perfect for escaping the heat of the day, or for an afternoon snooze! For the more active, there is a table tennis table, and a treadmill machine.
The villa offers light, airy living accommodation, with four double bedrooms, all with en-suite bathrooms, plus a family bathroom with shower on the ground floor. There is a beautiful jacuzzi corner bath in the top floor bedroom. Spacious, tastefully decorated lounge/kitchen diner, with a fully equipped kitchen, with all mod cons. The lounge houses a 42" LCD TV and DVD player, and wireless internet is also available - so feel free to bring your laptop! Plus a nice bonus for games fans - there is a Playstation 3! For your security, there are two safes to house your valuables, situated in the bedrooms, plus a hairdryer is available.
North Villa is in a great central location, only a 5 - 10 minute walk to the Old Town, and the town beach.
For larger groups, there is a similar 4 bed villa next door, which can be booked at the same time.
Cots/high chairs can be provided (at additional cost) along with baby-sitting if required.
Parking is available outside the villa.

The villa is perfect for families and larger groups. Access to the villa is on the flat, but as the access road to the property is quite steep, this may cause problems for people with mobility needs.

Our local management company will provide a meet and greet service, to help familiarise your group with the villa and area and will be on hand to help throughout your stay. A welcome pack is also supplied. For an additional cost, a hot meal can be arranged. We can also arrange your airport transfers, & car hire

Cleaning/towels/linen/maid service: The villa will be cleaned weekly, where linen and towels will be changed for a fresh set.

Private chef and baby sitting services can be supplied on request. A cot and/or high chair are available at an additional charge.

The villa is decorated and furnished to a very high standard, with air-conditioning through-out.

Ground Floor - there is an open plan lounge/kitchen/dining room, with a large dining table & chairs seating 9, a fully equipped modern kitchen, with oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher, large fridge freezer, kettle and toaster. In the lounge area, there is a 3 seater sofa, and two armchairs, a coffee table, and large flat screen TV, with satellite channels available, and a DVD player.

Bedroom 1: Spacious twin room with large en-suite bathroom. Doors open onto large balcony with uninterrupted views over Kalkan bay.

Bedroom 2 (First Floor) :Two large double bedrooms with en-suites. Two balconies- one private to rear of villa, one large balcony shared with bedroom three. Beautiful views over Kalkan

How do damage deposits work?
