This spacious newly refurbished villa, with unobstructed sea and mountain views, is located in a quiet residential area that is just a 3 minute walk to the beach & beach bar that offers a free water taxi service to and from Kalkan harbour.

All 5 bedrooms have fabulous scenic views. Villa Cemkan is situated in Kalkan bay which is one of the most attractive harbour villages on Turkey’s turquoise coast. Beautiful Kaputas beach and the famous world heritage site of Patara Beach, with its miles of golden sands and fascinating archaeological ruins are only about 15 minutes drive away.

The Turquoise Coast and Lycia region of Turkey is home to some of its most well known resorts.Olu Deniz is famed for its blue lagoon, and the whole of the coastline is spectacular. For those who like nightlife and plenty to do, Fethiye and Bodrum are great for combining ancient sights and wonders with modern facilities. Nearby just 150 metres away from the villa, there is a splendid beach with all the usual beach facilities many are free, aqua sports, water sports restaurant, bar, additionally there is a free boat service direct to kalkan. Kalkan is an ideal holiday base with hundreds of bars, restaurants, shops and famous night life. The picturesque cobbleded streets are full of interesting shops and nearby there are many historical sites and natural attractions to explore. (xanthos,thlos,patara,saklikent canyon

People can make boat trips ,scuba diving,aquasports, watersports, paragliding, motorcyling, mountain bike, mountain walks , kanoing in river in kalkan.
