There is a large pool / patio area with separate kiddies’ paddling pool and beautifully landscaped garden. There is an adjacent hotel / restaurant and nearby mini-market.

The Turquoise Coast/Lycia region

The coast between Bodrum and Marmaris has earned the name "Turquoise Coast” because of the colour of its waters. Featuring long, jagged pine-covered peninsulas and mountains enclosing fjords of the deep blue.
The area comprises white washed fishing villages, stunning mountain scenery and is dotted with ancient ruins from such civilisations as the Hittites.

Kalkan area

Nestled in the bay at the foot of the Taurus Mountains the natural geography of Kalkan and its surrounding area affords spectacular sea and mountain views. The streets are lined with old Greek and Turkish buildings covered with bougainvillea, occupied by small boutique shops and restaurants.The town may be expanding out from this traditional centre, but the character of the Old Town and harbour remains unchanged.
With much of the surrounding land still undeveloped and with many nearby remains of ancient civilizations, Kalkan is the ideal resort for those who prefer calm and relaxation, enjoy the natural beauty of the cleanest seashores, of rough mountains covered with pine forests, and also for those who fancy exploring the remains of the ancient Lycian cities in the neighborhood.

The apartment is on the ground floor with direct access to the pool / patio area. There are, however, steps down from the road to the apartment so this is probably unsuitable for the elderly or infirm.

Prices include: Weekly maid service and linen change. Towels and linen (please bring your own beach/pool towels). A non-returnable £100 deposit per week is required on booking; full balance is payable 8 weeks before departure.
