The living area is superbly appointed with a feature open fireplace & overlooks the pool with a back drop of Kalkan bay , satelite colour TV, music system & DVD is included for your enjoyment .The dining area has lovely views over the garden & water feature,wonderful for those special meals. A luxury kitchen is fully fitted including a dishwasher, fridgefreezer & a full cooker, A/C is fully provided for all three areas together with overhead fans.The large private pool area offers stunning views over Kalkan bay together with the surrounding mountains & olive groves for those who prefer to relax in the total privacy offered. A large shaded poolside area together with a BBQ is provided for your home entertainment. On the uppermost level, there are two balconies offering stunning panoramic views over the Mediterranean sea, Kalkan bay & surrounding mountains, this completes the wonderful picture from the villa. Please note there is also a laundry room for your convenience with drying facilities.
Kalkan can be easily reached by a short car ride or by the local passing dolmus at the end of a short walk to the main road, there are also excursions available from tour agents as well as car hire to reach all the local historical sites, please note, taxi service's available for villa pickup.Those seeking wonderful beaches will not need to look further than Kalkan,Kapitus or glorious Patara, all within short distance by car or dolmus.Pool mantainence, cleaning of the villa & laundry is provided within the tariff.

The Turquoise Coast/Lycia region
This region is steeped in history, and historical sites are easily reached by car, taxi or local bus services. The Turquoise Coast is blessed with extremely beautiful surroundings & countryside, and is wonderful for nature walks, horse riding or photography as well as taking advantage of the glorious local beaches and clear sparkling waters.
It has an all year round pleasant climate, with hot summers, the winter period is balmy and mild.
Many of the major cities including Istanbul can be reached by luxury coaches, and the coastal drives are breathtaking.
Kalkan / Kalamar Bay area
Kalkan is a very beautiful small town nestling in a picturesque bay by the Turquoise Coast surrounded by lovely mountains. Nearby is the equally stunning but quieter Kalamar Bay, which is within easy reach, both are served by quaint restaurants which all have roof terraces to enjoy the breathtaking views. Kalkan has an upmarket & cosmolitan feel, evident when you walk through it's lovely cobbled stoned streets & visit the many shops. Borganvilla draped balconies, quiet lanes & boats quietly swaying in the marina await the visitor which adds to the magical feel.
There are many water sports activities available, suitable for all ages. Boating excursions are there for the exploration of the many nearby picturesque islands & bays, excursions exist for those who want to explore the inland areas, historical sites & restaurants nestling in the mountains.

Further details outdoors: A large private driveway together with very attractive gardens on split levels make the villa very pleasing to the visitor, there is also a lovely water feature facing the front of the property together with seating facilities. The gardens are stocked with a variety of flowering shrubs together with a mixture of local fruit trees, outside lighting is extensive to enjoy the surroundings in the evening.
