Villa Sophia has been designed to provide the very best Holiday home accommodation for our guests in Kalkan. Large 3.2 metre full height glass doors leading from the lounge to the large terrace frame the uninterrupted views of the Mediterranean, mountains, and islands beyond. A second 3 metre window in the living area opens up expansive views of the harbour, ocean, and mountains.
The large, separate kitchen (160 square feet) also enjoys stunning views, and of course is fully equipped as you would expect, including granite work surfaces, dishwasher, washing machine, large fridge freezer, cooker, gas hob, microwave, coffee making machine, and everything else you need for a culinary feast or just coffee and croissants on the terrace.
Downstairs, a 3rd wet room bathroom, dressing area with wardrobe and drawers serves guests using the sofa bed.
On the first floor, the large master bedroom suite has 2 balconies with uninterrupted ocean and mountain views, dressing area with triple oak wardrobe, and wet room bathroom with power shower. The balcony is furnished with table and chairs.
Bedroom 2 provides spacious accommodation, with twin beds, dressing area, balcony with uninterrupted ocean and mountain views, and wet room bathroom with power shower.
Villa Sophia has been beautifully furnished with relaxation both inside the property and outside on the terraces and around the swimming pool in mind. Subtle lighting, local artworks, beautiful soft furnishings, soft pillows, fine linen and plenty of fluffy towels complete the relaxed and sophisticated feel of Villa Sophia, and flat screen satellite television with 27 English speaking channels, DVD player, extensive DVD library, and Sony HIFI system provide entertainment when needed along with an Ipod docking station. You will also find board games including scrabble if the mood takes you. Wi Fi access available.

Villa Sophia's terrace off the living area is a large 250 square feet, and is the perfect place to dine, sunbathe, have drinks with friends or just enjoy the amazing views. Around the circular swimming pool, just a few steps away there is plenty of space to sunbathe and enjoy the views. Teak sunbeds and cushions are supplied around the pool for the use of our guests.

'Villa Sophia' can be reserved for a non-refundable deposit of £250.00 with the balance remaining , due 10 weeks prior to the start of your holiday. A damage deposit of £200 will be required at the time of paying the final balance, and will be returned in full providing no damages/breakages have occurred.
Conditions
Changeover day - Monday preferred but every effort will be taken to meet your personal needs. A deposit of £250 is payable within 7 days of booking. Final balance and security deposit payable 10 weeks before departure. Security deposit refunded within 10 days of return.
The Turquoise Coast/Lycia region
There are numerous beach clubs in Kalkan with bathing platforms cut into the rock all of which offer various watersports. Scuba, sailing, water skiing, canoeing etc. All beach clubs have excellent facilities for lunch and refreshments. Free taxi service available or free water taxi from the harbour, Kalamar, Mahal, Patara, Palm and Ibo's are very popular. Also Kalkan's white pebble beach along the harbour road where sun loungers and umbrellas are available for hire and numerous cafes and restaurants are very close by.

The Kalkan / Central Kalkan area
Kalkan is a traditional Turkish harbour town which, although having seen growth in recent years, still maintains its distinct personality and charm. Kalkan sits in between the beautiful bay and the Taurus mountains with tranquil villages and trout farms which can provide some relief from the heat in the height of the summer.
Kalkan is brimming with cafes, shops and rooftop restaurants. All situated on narrow streets leading down to the marina. There are plenty of opportunities to browse local arts and crafts, pottery, textiles, jewellery, clothing and leather goods. For the men, if they need a break from shopping, can take their chances with a highly skilled barber and his cut throat razor!

Dalaman is the nearest airport, transfer time approx 90 mins. A £10 visa is required before passing through passport control and must be paid for in sterling. Transfers and car hire can be booked via the owner, however car hire is not essential, as we are only a ten minute easy walk to town.
