Makes all the difference in July and August ! 15 minute drive from Patara beach.

25% booking deposit required. Contact owner for cancellation schedule. Balance due 8 weeks prior to arrival. Refundable damage deposit of £250 due with payment. Will be returned within 10 days of departure assuming no breakage or loss of towels. We can arrange transportation, car hire and boat charters for you.
Winter rentals for maximum of 4 people December - March at discounted rate. Utilities extra. House has central heating.

Conditions
Discount for stays of 3 weeks or longer. 25% booking deposit, balance due 8 weeks prior to occupancy.
Car advisable but not strictly necessary. You can walk into town and take a taxi back as many of our guests have done.
Available for monthly winter lets at reduced price between November - March.

Some of the popular summer excursions include a drive to Kekova and boat trip from there to view the undersea ruins of an ancient Lycian city, then to a very beautiful cove for swimming and lunch. Also popular is a visit to Saklikent where you can go water-rafting.
If you are interested in archaeology, the Roman ruins of Patara are 20' minutes away and the excavation has uncovered many buildings and a large amphitheatre. Patara is the home of the first democracy. There is also Tlos where recently 8 perfectly intact Roman statues were recently unearthed.
The Kalkan / Kiziltas area
Local to Kalkan are two sand beaches: Patara beach which offers 18 km of sand and Kaputas beach at the foot of an impressive gorge. There are several beach clubs spread around the bay where you can sunbathe, eat, swim and totally relax. All water sports are available.
Kalkan has a plethora of excellent restaurants, most on rooftops where you can dine while enjoying the twinkling lights of the town and the villas spread around Kalkan bay. For a great excursion, take a day trip in a gulet with sunbeds. A full day excursion with swimming stops and lunch on board. Great value for the money and very enjoyable.

Booking deposit of 25% required for confirmation. Balance due 8 weeks prior to occupancy. Damage deposit of 250 GBP or equivalent in euros or US$ required with payment. This deposit will be refunded within 10 days after the end of your stay assuming no damage or lost towels.
We accept a maximum of 8 weeks rental per summer. Generally we do not take bookings before or after the dates indicated above.

Availability notes:
We rent our villa out only for 8-9 weeks of the summer from the end of May until mid-September. The villa is also available for winter lets from November 1 - March 31. Enquire for rate.
