Three bedroom stone villa with a private pool (6.5mx4.5m). All bedrooms with en-suite facilities and fully air conditioned. Pool terrace(secluded) with outdoor furniture and BBQ for alfresco dining under the stars.
Relax on the terrace with a glass of wine looking down at the twinkling lights and the moon reflecting on the sea below.
By day, the pool area is great for swimming and sunbathing in the hot Turkish sun. Spectacular sea and mountain views. 15 minutes walk to the picturesque village with its roof terrace restaurants, shops, beach and harbour.

The Turquoise Coast/Lycia region

Kalkan is a town steeped in history. The town that was once a Greek fishing village is now a atmospheric resort to spend a holiday. This area of Turkey is reported to have around 300 days of sunshine a year Kas town is 30 km away. Fethiye approx 1 hour drive has a stunning harbour. Nearby you may like to visit Xanthos (Canoeing trip down Xanthos river, great fun). Letoon, the Sunken City at Kekova and the stunning Gorge at Saklikent are just waiting for you! The Saklikent tour includes trip to Yaka Park Trout Farm near Tlos where you can swim with the trout in the ice cold pool; manage to stay in for 15 minutes and win a free meal! Many other sites along this rugged coast within reach.

The Kalkan area

Kalkan is a small but sophisticated resort on the Turkish Mediterranean Riviera. As you sweep over the mountain road leading into Kalkan you will be stunned by the breathtaking view that awaits you. The quaint village nestles in the bay, sleepy and steeped in history. Once a Greek fishing village it’s now a wonderful place to spend a holiday. Its cobbled streets winding down to the picturesque harbour and pretty pebble beach. Why not enjoy a cold beer at a harbour restaurant and watch the world go by. Hire a private boat and sail around the rocky coastline calling in to some of the many coves for a swim in the turquoise sea. At night Kalkan comes alive. Eat in one of the many rooftop restaurants dining under the stars and watching the sun set over the harbour. Have a browse around the quaint shops selling jewellery, carpets, shoes, handbags and ceramics. Kalkan has everything you need for the perfect holiday with wonderful memories and an urge to return.

“Beautiful accommodation with all the necessary facilities to make our stay in Wonderful Kalkan Subli” What a beautful Villa set above the town of Kalkan with of course panaramic views of the the surrounding Kalkan and sea area. The Villa has a very well appointed patio area very good for alfesco dining,sun bathing and taking in the veiws of the surrounding area and when you get to warm its very refreshing to take a dip in the pool. The town of Kalkan is a pleasant stroll down hill from the villa and on the way to the centre of the old town you can avail yourself of many of the bar,s restaurants and coffee shops. We after a nights dining in many of the wonderful restaurants just took a local Taxi Cab back to the Villa Cheap as Chips. We are both looking forward to spending more time in this superb Villa xx

“Our seconed visit and still fantastic !!!” Kalkan still the same 2 years on from our first visit. FANTASTIC. Villa is great with everything you need and very helpfull people working at the villa. Lovely location queit and just the right ditance to the town with all the lovely resturaunts to explore in the evening. Recomend going to Kekeova by boat from KAS a great trip. Cannot wait for a third visit.
