Ground Floor - A large and airy open-plan room with a fabulous designer kitchen, sunken sitting room, dining area and a relaxation area. From here there is a double bedded room with patio doors opening onto terrace also with an ensuite bathroom with a glass walk-in wet room style shower. Cloakroom.
Travertine floors throughout with underfloor heating during cooler months.
First Floor - Curved travertine staircase with low level lighting leads to first floor with three impressive bedrooms each with en-suite bath/shower rooms and private balconies overlooking Kalamar Bay.
All bedrooms have wall-mounted LCD TV's with DVD players. 42" Plasma TV with DVD in Living room..

Travertine terrace with al-fresco dining area underneath shaded fully tiled pergola and colourful Turkish lanterns. Sun loungers,mattresses, parasols, hammock, comfortable seating area with coffee table, 40sq metre fresh water infinity pool which can be heated. Stone built Bar B Q and Bar area.
It is a 15 minute walk along the Kalamar Road into Kalkan and a 5 minute steep stroll down hill to Kalamar Bay Beach Club. If you can tear yourself away from the peace and quiet of the villa, the beach club has the best water-sports in the area, including a dive centre with a good restaurant and very friendly staff. They will also pick up and return to villa if requested.. On the Kalamar Road there are various shops, restaurants, a small supermarket and also a pharmacy.

The Kalkan / Kalamar Bay area
Kalkan is a postcard pretty and quietly sophisticated bougainvillea-covered historic harbour town set in a breathtaking landscape. The narrow winding cobbled streets of the old town descend to the harbour lined with its elegant array of 'gulets' (traditional Turkish sailing Boats) and pretty restaurants,colourful shops stocked with antiques, crafts, pottery, jewellery, carpets and clothing.
The warm Turkish hospitality, stunning views, historic architecture and ancient history add up to making Kalkan an absolute gem.
