This spacious second floor air conditioned apartment has fabulous views out over the town and Kalkan Bay to the mountains beyond, from both the open plan living area and bedroom. These views can also be enjoyed from the private balcony which leads off the living area. The balcony has a table and two chairs and is an ideal place for breakfast or evening drinks. The apartment is very well furnished and has antique marble flooring throughout. There is a large luxury shower room with raised granite sink and huge shower. The kitchen area has high quality units with granite work surfaces and of course those stunning views!

The Turquoise Coast/Lycia region
Kalkan is a small, friendly town set in a beautiful bay in the Lycian region, where mountains slope steeply down to the sea. The region enjoys plentiful sunshine and warm temperatures from March until November. Places of interest nearby include Xanthos,Pinara and Patara. There are many trips and activities that can be arranged locally.
Kalkan / Central Kalkan area
The lovely Old Town is just a 5 minute stroll away with its narrow cobblestone alleyways and pretty harbour. There is a huge selection of restaurants to choose from, many with roof terraces where you can enjoy the views of the bay along with the friendly service and generally excellent cuisine. Kalkan has its own beach and there are other superb beaches nearby. You can take a trip on a traditional Turkish Gulet from Kalkan harbour for a very reasonable price. These trips last for most of the day and include food and stops for swimming. Scuba diving and other water activities are also available locally.

There is a new 3 seater sofa which converts to a double bed in the living room and and a king size bed in the bedroom. The bedroom also has a dressing table and plenty of storage drawersand facilities for hanging clothes etc. The kitchen has a ceramic hob with extractor above and stainless steel oven.There is also a large fridge with freezer and ice maker section, and a washing machine and clothes dryer rack.
Further details outdoors: There are two large swimming pools shared by just 20 apartments and spacious terraces with plenty of sun loungers and parasols. The position of the terraces and pool allow the far reaching views to be enjoyed without being overlooked from outside the complex. Both pool areas have outside showers and there is also a communal bar area with tables and chairs on the main terrace.
