The villa has marble flooring throughout and is exquisitely furnished meeting the highest of standards to offer you the ultimate in relaxation and comfort.

PLACES OF INTEREST

OLU DENIZ
Famed for it's breathtaking beauty Olu Deniz has become one of Turkey's most acclaimed resorts it's a popular anchorage for visiting yachts in the summer.
In the summer, the sky above the blue lagoon is filled with paragliders soaring off the nearby mountains.
The resort it'self fringes on a sheltered blue lagoon with magnificent pine cladded hills as a back drop, no wonder it's been declared a conservation area of natural beauty.

FETHIYE

About an hours drive from Kalkan is the pretty town of Fethiye which has a scenic waterfront.
The town it'self has everything you need for a rich and varied holiday experience, great shopping, every kind of watersports and the best paragliding in Turkey.

Not far away from Fethiye is the Ghost Village at Kayakoy abandoned by Greek inhabitanys in 1923.

SAKLIKENT GORGE

Saklikent Gorge is spectacular and an excellent place to go in the heat of the summer day.
Walk through the gorge in the cool mountain water or just relax enjoying a meal on a platform over the rushing cold water. Pictures cannot do this place justice, just go along and say WOW !!!

XANTHOS TIOS LETOON are small villages with significant ancient sites which are well worth a visit.

The Kalkan / Komurluk area

Kalkan nestles in a beautiful bay on Turkey's Stunning Turquoise Coast, it has developed into a sophisticated resort and is picture postcard pretty. The narrow cobbled streets twist down to the harbour having grown from a sleepy fishing village into a town with a stylish marina where you can enjoy a meal whilst watching the world go by. Kalkan is renowned above all for it's amazing selection of restaurants offering great value food in Turkish, Mediterranean and International Cuisine. Roof top restaurants and bars with vistas over the fabulous bay contribute to the special atmosphere of the resort.

Beaches

Kalkan has a small pebble beach and several beach clubs with bars, restaurants, sea bathing and water sports. Other sandy beaches are nearby and can be reached by water taxis or dolmus. The Palm Beach Club is just below the villa where water sports are on offer. A five minute journey will take you to the stunning Kapatus beach dramatically positioned at the foot of a ravine. To the west is the unspoilt Patara Beach voted one of the top ten beaches in the world by The Times.

Kalkan has a number of good quality shops, supermarkets, banks,post office,chemists, dentists and a health centre. The local Market takes place on Thursdays.

Kas

Twenty five kms to the west of Kalkan is the charming town of Kas which is set in beautiful mountain scenery, the drive from Kalkan is just spectacular. The greek island of Meis is only a twenty minute boat trip away from Kas, tours to the island are available every day.
