This delightful 2 bedroom natural stone villa is situated high on the hillside above Kalkan. The property has spectacular sea and mountain views. Excellent accommodation, all rooms are air conditioned. Recently extensive refurbished to a very high standard in April 2006. It is a pleasant downhill walk to the centre. A shuttle bus is available up and down to Kalkan 3 times per day. The property is ideal for couples and families seeking exclusivity, relaxation.

Kalkan has over 300 days of sunshine per year. There are plent of local places of interest: Ancient sites of Xanthos, Letoon, Pinara, Tlos and Patara are all close by with Kekova, Demre, Myra, Phaselis, Olympos and Aspendos are slightly further afield, but all easy accessible.
Kalkan is nestled between the towns of Fethiye and Kas and is situated at the foot of the Taurus Mountains the natural geography of the town and its surrounding area affords spectacular sea and mountain views.
Kalkan area
Kalkan is an Old Town, a maze of small cobbled streets winding down to the harbour. The streets are lined with many old Greek and Turkish buildings covered with bougainvillea and are occupied by small boutique shops and restaurants offering a very authentic atmosphere.
Kalkan itself has a pebble beach where the water is clear blue and very refreshing first thing in the morning or mid-late afternoon. It also offers beach clubs that run free daily water taxi’s where you can take advantage of the beautiful stunning views, easy access to the sea and water sports available. All offering an excellent choice of food.
Kalkan has many places to eat or drink offering a variety of different types of food from typical Turkish cuisine and Mediterranean dishes.
The beautiful coastline surrounding Kalkan offers a great opportunity to explore the beautiful beaches of Patara to the east, Kaputas to the west as well as many historic ancient sites.
How to get there
Transfers to and from Dalaman Airport is approx. (1 hour 25 minutes). Transfers to and from Antalya Airport is approx. (3 hours). Car hire and transfers can be easily arranged by us at discounted rates with fully air conditioned cars.
A meet and greet service is provided at the airport where your driver will take you direct to your villa where you will be meet by our representatives to make sure you are welcomed and shown to the property to ensure you enjoy your holiday the minute you arrive
