Home description

Villa Seftali is a detached 3 bedroom villa with stunning views over both Kalkan and Kalamar bays. It has a spacious roof terrace with table and chairs. Furnished to a very high standard, it will comfortably sleep 6 guests. The villa has full air conditioning, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge/freezer, TV and DVD player, CD player, large private pool (7.6m x 4.5m at widest points), terraces and outside dining area. It overlooks both Kalkan and Kalamar Bays and the walk into the village takes approximately 15-20 minutes (downhill).

The Turquoise Coast/Lycia region

Some of the best beaches in Turkey are located near Kalkan. Kaputas beach is a short ride away, as is Patara beach with 14km of secluded white sand, backed by sand dunes and ancient ruins.

Ancient ruins surround the area and the stunning ruins of Xanthos and Phaselis are a short drive away.

The amazing Saklikent Gorge is about a 30 minute drive away.


Kalkan area

Kalkan prides itself on it's lack of mass tourism and is a sophisticated town. It is bursting with top quality restaurants, most of which provide beautiful sea views from their roof terraces.

During the day, you can make use of one of the many "beach clubs", engage in sporting activities such as water skiing, para-scendng and scuba diving, take a trip to one of the magnificent historical sights, drive a jeep up into the mountains or simply relax by the pool.

The famous 18km long Patara beach is only 20 minutes away and Kas is 30 minutes away.


How to get there

Fly to Dalaman, Kalkan is 1.5h drive from the airport.

Flights are available throughout the year.

We can arrange transfers from the airport or car hire is easy to arrange. Car hire is useful, although not essential.

The villa has an infinity pool that offers spectacular views of the bay in one direction and of the mountains in the other. A dining table for 8 is situated outside on the terrace and another is situated on the roof terrace.


Conditions

The villa is positioned on an extremely steep hill and therefore is not suitable for wheelchair users or those with difficulty walking.
