4 Bedrooms 4 en-suite Sleeps 8, The Infinity Swimming Pool has an overflowing water into a plunge pool, and a Large sunbathing terrace with uninterupted views.

Villa Zeugma has one of the best views in Kalkan you will not be dissapointed with the views and the comfort of this villa. It boasts of a large lounge and a fully equipped luxury kitchen. All rooms have air conditioning and is luxuriously furnished.

As you can see from the photos, there are uninterrupted sea views of Kalkan harbour and bay from all rooms. All bedrooms have balconies with tables and chairs so you can enjoy the sun and the beautiful gardens surrounding the villa.

The villa boasts of two terraces, a pool area and sweeping stairs that take you to the sun lounge terrace. Here you can relax reading a book, watching the water sports or the boats passing by.

All bedrooms have en-suit wet rooms, the master bedroom has a jacuzzi, toilet off of the lounge and outside toilet on the lower terrace where you would find the sun loungers and swing chair and a seating area, Upper terrace where the swimming pool is situated there is a large dining table for 8 and a separate seating area on this terrace you will find a stone built BBQ. Plenty of plants and pots in the garden area. All the bedding and change of towels is done twice weekly including cleaning. Garden and swimming pool is maintained on daily basis.

Exterior of Villa Zeugma is maintained on daily basis, with plenty of space of everyone without been over crowded.

Granite top dining table which seats upto 8-10 people, separate dining table at the back of the villa which seats 4 for those who prefer the shade.there are 6 parasoles, and plenty of sun loungers. The swimming pool is an infinity pool with water overflowing to the side into a plunge pool. Stone built BBQ for alfresco eating.

Villa Zeugma is situated on two separate levels, main villa has two bedrooms both rooms have kinkg size bends, Large Lounge and open plan kitchen.

Below the sun bathing terrace there are two more bedrooms one with King size bed and one with two single beds this room also has a sofa bed ideal for children to share, in these quarters there is also another fully equipped kitchen. The villa is ideal for two families or families with teenagers.

The Turquoise Coast/Lycia region

Quoted in the Sunday Times as one of thr '10 best views in the world' Kalkan is an unspoilt fishing town situated on the beautiful Lycian Turquoise Coast of Turkey. Mass tourism does not exist in Kalkan and the town still retains its authenticity. It has beautiful hisyoric harbour, with the Taurus mountains serving as a stunning back drop. Narrow streets lead you to the harbour where you will find a number of shops and restaurants. The town has also maintained its distinctive ottoman Greek architecture. If you wish to travel further afield and visit some historic places there is Demre one hours drive from Kalkan, you can visit St.Nicholas church which is where Father Christmas originates from, before Demre there is the sunken city where you could enjoy a fantastic day out on a glass bottom boat. Patara area is been excavated and there are many ruins you could visit also at Xanthos where you will find an amphitheatre. Kalkan, once a sleepy Greek fishing village, has in the recent years been transformed into one of the most exclusive and sought after holiday resorts in Turkey.

The views are magnificent. The village still maintains its charm and character with cobbled streets and old Greek houses. Many people are still trying to keep Kalkan a secret. Patara beach, 15 mins drive from Kalkan,is known as one of the ten best beaches in the world, and a trip to Kaputas beach is a must. The sea here is like a blue lagoon. There is a beach in town and also platformed sunbathing areas by the sea.

There is a bus service from the village to Kas, Patara and Kaputas. There is a traditional market every Thursday where you can purchase all your fresh fruit and vegetables.

Dalaman airport is the nearest airport to kalkan which is a 90 minute drive. All major flights from major airports fly to Dalaman during the summer months. Winter months Thomascook and Aegean airlines fly to Dalaman, and also to Antalya airport which is roughly 4 hour drive to Kalkan.

“If only life was always like this!” This was our fourth trip to Kalkan and our second stay at the wonderful Villa Zeugma. It was every bit as good as last year, and is still by a distance the best villa we have stayed at in over 30 years of Mediterranean holidays. Loved alike by our teenagers as well as those of us who like to sit quietly on the sun-drenched terrace and gaze at the breath-taking view. I loved the freshness and tranquility of the mornings as the sun began its climb into that ever-clear blue sky. And just as much the evenings with the inviting lights of Kalkan town sparkling beyond the harbour. Little more than ten minutes walk to a foodie paradise.....and plenty of taxis back when you (almost always!) want one. Kalkan and Villa Zeugma together provide an unbeatable mix of fun, food and relaxation. And when you've tried all the hundred or so high quality restaurants in town, save an evening for a barbecue on the Villa terrace. The kitchen is superbly equipped and there are some great butchers and fish-mongers around, as well as many well-stocked supermarkets. Again, Sandie the owner was a real pleasure to book with; nothing was ever too much trouble; very responsive and with careful attention to detail. Bulent who visits two or three times a day to look after the pool, terrace and garden, and brings the fresh baked bread every morning is a lovely, lovely helpful guy, and surely must be in line for the Turkish government's equivalent of a knighthood......some might even say sainthood! What more can I say about Villa Zeugma? Perhaps only: we're counting the days until next Summer! Early

“To Bliss and Beyond!” Villa Zeugma is an absolute gem! It has one of the three best views in Europe (Taormina to Mount Etna, and Ravello on the Bay of Naples are the others) and delivers at a fraction of the cost. It is spacious, extremely comfortable and well equipped, and most efficiently serviced and maintained. With four large en-suite bedrooms and more shaded corners and terraces that we ever found time to relax in, it provides the perfect space between the glittering turquoise Mediterranean and the endless blue of the sky. Hot and sunny by day; purples and pinks of the hills and islands as the sun sets. The view back over Kalkan and it's harbour too is ever-changing - our biggest challenge was to drag ourselves off the terrace and go out! When you do go out - the still unspoilt charming town of Kalkan (it was our third visit, but the first to Villa Zeugma) is just ten minutes stroll away. Its picturebook narrow streets and harbour surely contain more restaurants per head of population than any other resort we have visited. That's your next challenge; which ones to choose? High quality is the norm; many of them really excellent - all extremely welcoming and friendly. Close to the Villa there's a beach club on the water's edge, for those who like to swim in the clear (it's a "blue flag" beach) sea. But back to the Villa Zeugma. Our entire experience from booking it last Winter to travelling home after a brilliant fortnight was exceptional. The owner, Sandy was a pleasure to deal with as she made all the arrangements with care and a good eye for detail; she fixed transfers from Dalaman Airport (also excellent!), was there to meet us on arrival, and help us settle in, and was always available if required. As mentioned the Villa was well maintained with cleaning and changes of bedding and towels twice a week - the best servicing I can remember anywhere. The last paragraph has to be reserved for Bulent, who was at the Villa at least two or three times every day, looking after the pool, the lovely garden and plants, the loungers and umbrellas - even jumping on his motor scooter to get us more drinking water or our fresh bread every morning. What a lovely guy; nothing was ever too much trouble for him. If you're ever fortunate enough to stay at Villa Zeugma, you'll read so many well-deserved comments in the guest book...and wonder why none of us have yet tried to bring him home! “"THE MOST AMAZING VIEWS ON EARTH"” Romantic!! Therapeutic!! Great restaurants!! Fantastic food! Pretty cobbled streets! Picture postcard on every corner! Wonderful warm people! Exclusive! Intimate! Upmarket Turkey! Magical! You have to experience it to know it's special! I am very biased writing this review as I have visited Kalkan approximately 25 times over the past 12 years!! As a family we have been well blessed with having the opportunity to holiday several times a year - all over the world from the Caribbean to the Far East and all inbetween - but NOTHING COMPARES TO OUR WONDERFUL KALKAN!! You will not be dissapointed with this villa! It is in one of THE BEST positions in Kalkan looking straight out to sea and over the romantic rooftops of Kalkan. We holidayed as a party of 8 as an extended family with a baby and 2 teenage boys and there was plenty of room! The guy who cleaned our pool/sorted out any minor issue/brought us bread daily/rang for roasted chicken etc. could not do enough for us!! ('m sorry I can't remember his name). But he was a star and an absolute credit to the company he works for! Nothing was too much trouble! Also Sandy (the owner) again was very accommodating! When we had an iron missing in our inventory (as there are two) or needed more beach towels within 24 hours she arrived with them! The Villa is on a steep hillside so you either need to be fit for the 10 minute walk into Kalkan, book a taxi (approximately £4.00) or hire a car which we did for the full period! Everything you could possibly want to stay "home from home" can be found in the Villa. There was good room for a party of 8 people! Great outside space as well as in and plenty of room for everyone to lounge around the pool. My only very small criticism was that in the master bedroom there was no shower - just a bath and the drains in that particular bath smelt musty. But with having a total of 3 showers in the Villa we were still able to shower elsewhere. But that certainly wouldn't put me off returning! The positives FAR FAR outweighed this one small negative. If you are looking for amazing views, tranquillity by day, fantastic food and wonderful warm people by night - then THIS is the place! At night you wonder where the people come from! Every friend or aquintance I have recommended Kalkan to didn't just visit once but have returned and returned! You cannot put into words the ambience of this place - you have to experience it to know why it's one of THE MOST BEAUTIFUL PLACES ON EARTH!! This Villa captures the best of Kalkan and is fully equiped to a good standard to ensure your holiday is a holiday to remember!! You see - I did say we were biased!!
