The accommodation is arranged on two levels and is truly exceptional with a spectacular pool and sun decks that clings to the side of the apartment affording incredible sea and mountain views.

Three large bedrooms, two with large sea view balconies and en suite bathrooms mean that apartment will comfortably accommodate 6 guests. Master bedroom suite guests will be particularly pampered with very spacious room super king size bed sea and mountain views balcony and private luxury marble and glass en suite.

However, it's not just the accommodation that make the apartment so special, the location amidst Olive groves offers the compelling combination of great views, easy walking access to town (10 minutes) and importantly peace and privacy amongst the olive trees and with mountain view backdrops

On the top floor, full width floor to ceiling glass doors that give access to the wrap around terrace and suspended swimming pool, open up spectacular views out to sea, and across to the mountains with outside dining table and sun decks.

The internal living space is cleverly arranged to maximise the impact of these views, and comprises lounge and dining areas, cloakroom and a very well equipped kitchen with granite work surfaces and breakfast bar. The kitchen is partially separated from the rest of the living space. Spacious lounge area with sofas viewing the sea views and pool.

Marble stairs from the living space lead to the floor below (the buildings second floor) where 2 king size bedrooms and a twin bedroom accommodate up to 6 guests very comfortably indeed.

The master bedroom suite features a beautifully appointed bathroom, with wet room shower and a furnished balcony, with plenty of space to sunbath, dine, or enjoy the view with your morning coffee.

On a further mezzaine level down there is a further king en suite bedroom, again with sea view balcony, and a large twin bedroom on this floor that has open views over the mountains.

The Turquoise Coast/Lycia region

Kalkan is set in one of Europe's most breath-taking, grand sweeping Mediterranean bays, with the truly majestic Taurus Mountains as a backdrop. An exquisite harbour, full of Turkish wooden gulets and small fishing craft, bordered with waterfront restaurants and the beach, is where the beautiful and historic old town area extends back from the sea.

An eclectic mix of Greek and old Kalkan architecture, with roof terrace restaurants, and lovely views to the sea, the old town is a place you will want to discover and enjoy.

From Kalkan's harbour, many of the beach clubs dotted around the bay are accessed by small colourful boats that provide a complimentary service to transfer guests, and traditional wooden Gulets offer boat trips to the beaches, islands and inlets nearby. Water sports, diving and fishing trips are also offered.

Turkey's Mediterranean shore, called the Turquoise Coast, is nearly 1600 km (994 miles) long, scattered with fine-sand beaches and sprinkled abundantly with classical cities turned to picturesque ruins.

It has more and better beaches and resorts than does the Aegean coast, and warmer, saltier water than the Black Sea coast.. The Taurus (Toros) Mountains form a dramatic backdrop along much of the coast, often dropping steeply right into the sea, but in some places rivers have washed down enough sediment over the ages to form beaches backed by fertile alluvial plains good for growing cotton, vegetables, and even tropical fruits like bananas.
