Relax in your villa with its stunning views over Kalkan town, its harbour and the bay, or enjoy all the facilities of a prestigious waters edge hotel resort.


The newly equipped kitchen is a chef’s delight with granite worktops & stainless steel integrated appliances, 5 burner gas hob, 90cm oven, microwave, large fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, food processor, fruit press as well as everything else needed to create your own gourmet dinner.


The spacious partially covered terrace is stylishly appointed with sun loungers, dining table and built in barbecue, perfect for alfresco dining. Retire to the comfort of the Ottoman style sofa and watch the Gulets cruise in and out of the harbour.


Two pairs of French doors lead into the beautifully furnished large open plan lounge-diner with a charming open fireplace, two large sofas, a stylish dining suite, TV, DVD / CD player and air conditioning.

The first floor has wooden floors throughout, traditional wooden beamed ceilings and has air conditioning. The magnificent master bedroom boasts an open fire, a Super King bed, fabulous new en-suite with marble floor & luxurious spa bath from which you can enjoy spectacular views over the bay.

Kalkan Manzara & surrounding hotel resort possess their own unique charm and character. Due to their steep hillside location, unprotected terrace edges, staircases, & open picture windows, we do not consider the location suitable for young children or those with walking difficulties.

On occasions, especially during low season, certain facilities or amenities such as pools or restaurants or other local facilities etc, may not be open as advertised due to maintenance, weather conditions lack of demand or other reasons out of our control.

Dalaman is the most convenient airport for Kalkan. Transfer time from Dalaman is 90 minutes and 2 hours 30 minutes from Antalya. A £10 visa per person, must be purchased on arrival at the airport. Please have this in sterling, available in cash ready before you reach passport control.

Flights are available from most UK airports. We have found the websites below to be very helpful: Easyjet, Cheap Flights, ThomasCook, 1st Choice, Travel Supermarket.

“A luxurious home from home with everything you could ask for and more” Having stayed at Patara Prince several times before, we now feel we have found the best. Kalkan Manzara's Villa 56, is beautifully renovated unlike others, and appointed with comfy sofas, traditional features, super king ensuite master bed, a relaxing spa bubble bath with views out to sea, a body jet shower and lovely stone fireplaces. Having arrived late the hamper was a welcome surprise and the villa was spotless. The modern clean kitchen has everything from washing machine, dishwasher and microwave to fruit juicer, matching utensils and cutlery, and sharp knives! The spacious terrace had fantastic views and we loved having breakfast watching the boats come and go. The resort was beautiful with winding streets, stunning architecture and exotic plants, all tumbling down to private sun terraces and pools by the sea. We were so happy and relaxed we hardly went anywhere, except taking the water taxi across to town, where the roof top and water front restaurants were out of this world. If you have had enough of making do..................... visit Kalkan Manzara you will not be disappointed.

“Wow - what a fantastic place for a holiday” This villa is lovely. It is so spacious, has a clean, bright and modern interior and there are wonderful views over the bay towards Kalkan with the mountains behind. We loved the enormous veranda which meant we could happily spend time relaxing at home if we didn't want to go out. The facilites at Patara Prince are some of the best we have encountered with lovely landscaped terraces, large swimming pools, including a kiddie pool and two restaurants. There was even a minibus that stopped right outside the villa to take us up and down from the pool area. If you want to eat out in Kalkan there are so many numerous really good restaurants (all outside) and Kalkan is a fun place to walk around daytime or evening. We hired a car so we could see the countryside (wonderfull scenery), visit Roman ruins and local villages and there is a fantastic beach a short drive away that is a must visit - you can get there by taxi if you don't have your own transport. We love it there and will be going for the fifth time later this year.

“Guaranteed to have a superb sunny holiday” Beautiful villa and very well equiped. Weather was fantastic. All mod cons in accommodation and full air con. Plenty to do in and around Kalkan. Staying in the villa you will have access to the Hotel facilities including swiming pools. Nigel and Jan have made this a home from home!
