Kalavasos village lies halfway between Larnaca and Limassol towns and is only 30km from Larnaca International airport. Nearest Beach is 10 minutes drive away. The village Square with its coffee shops and taverns invites to meet residents.

Takis stone built house is situated in peaceful village surroundings. It is fully furnished in traditional style, has fitted kitchenette, living room, satellite tv, garden furniture in courtyard, air condition in the bedrooms, heating in winter. Has access to exclusivley shared pool.
Be dazzled by the magnificent atmosphere created by these nearly 300 years old stone-built houses with their court yards filled with vines and flowers, restored with the philosophy of preserving their external and internal architecture and decorated with charming Cypriot antiques & artefacts.

In our effort to revive rural communities and preserve the traditional houses of bygone days. With loving care, several abandoned and ruined family houses were thoroughly renovated to provide comfort without sacrificing their original, rustic character.

Notice the thick walls, small windows, stone or wooden staircases so typical of our island’s architecture of yesteryear. On your veranda, patio or garden you can relax with a drink or a book any time of the day or take a swim in the exclusively shared pool just a few minutes walk away.

The Kalavasos area

Kalavasos village is centrally situated just a few kilometres inland along the south coast and only a twenty minute drive to Limassol town and 10 minutes to the sandy beach. Its location allows easy access to all main towns such as Paphos, Troodos mountains and only 30 minutes from Larnaca airport.
The village itself has tavern/restaurant, coffee shop, shop and bank. Also just 5km away there is an open fruit market 7 days a week . At Kalavasos neighbour village Tochni you will find our main office where you can book horse riding, cycling, excursions and other traditional local activities such as cheese making with a local farmers wife or cookery lessons at the Tochni Tavern.
