Eight beautiful seaside and comfort apartments at Paliohora Avias, a charming and peaceful suburb just 9 km from the city of Kalamata. Each one can host 2 people.

The apartments are private with a fully equipped kitchen : stove, sink and a big refrigerator. Full private bathroom with a shower and free WIFI.

Ιn short distance there are many qualitative and cheap options for food : restaurants, traditional greek taverns and pizzeria.

Τhere are also many cafes for your evening relaxation and lounge bars with amazing view for unforgettable nights.

Here you can swim to the blue-green waters at the beautiful swimming spots of Portela and starting from my apartments you can walk to Ridomos canyon, Vassilikis wood and visit the Mani Towers , Dyros caves and many other famous places.

From public transportation there is an urban bus stopping in the historic center of Kalamata.

We have private parking area for 6 cars.

Travel to Kalamata: From April to October direct flights connect several countries to Kalamata.

The guests can come from the airport by taxi οr by car which can be rented from car rental companies in the airport.

For day to day travel is advised to rent a car if you want to make small journeys and see the beautiful villages of Messinia.

Direct flights connect daily Kalamata to Athens (Aegean Air), Salonica and Crete.

Driving time from Athens approx. 2 hours (250 km new highway).

From Italy (Ancona, Venice, Brindesi or Bari) there is daily ferry connection to Patras;

Distance Patras - Kalamata is 210 km.

Regular ferry connection to Crete.

Fijn appartement, met alles wat je nodig hebt. Hartelijke ontvangst door de eigenaresse, die er alles aan doet om jouw verblijf aangenaam te maken. Fijn bed en een heerlijk balkom met uitzicht op zee.

Disclaimer: this is only the second apartment we have stayed in in Greece, and it was our first trip to the country. Very clean, apartment in a small block on the edge of a small village / beachside… More

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

If Stavros (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
