This spacious Villa has an upstairs and downstairs, both levels are self contained having complete kitchen facilities, bathrooms, and spacious lounges with panoramic views across the Sea. All three bedrooms are air conditioned. The upstairs lounge has an inviting log fire for the occasional cool evenings in late summer creating a warm cosy atmosphere. There is a private patio area downstairs with pagoda to relax in the cool of the shade in the long hot summer days, ideal for staying home and relaxing.

The Peloponnese region
The Peloponnese has many places of interest , from the historical sites of Ancient Messini to the tranquil harbour towns of Koroni and Methoni. The historical Military harbour of Pylos is only 40 minutes away via a scenic and panoramic drive over the countryside.
Kalamata / Chrani area
Kalamata is a bustling town with nice shopping , plenty of coffee bars near the harbour and the town centre. Chrani, the local village has several local supermarkets (Billies and Marys) coffee bars and lovely taverners. The beach stretches along the front of Chrani with plenty of places to pause for a welcome drink and shade to sit and watch the lapping of the lazy sea. For the hardent walker, the villa is surrounded by pathways meandering along the side of the hill. most ending in the village below and all with stunning views of the sea and mountains
How to get there
Flights are on Sundays and operate from the UK to Kalamata between the months of May and October, flights are from most UK airports , i.e. Manchester, Gatwick, Birmingham, East Midlands etc. Also flights are from Germany, France and Holland during week days. Flights can also be taken via Athens, which is 300 kilometers from the Villa. There is also an excellent coach service between Athens and Kalamata.

Further details indoors: Upstairs has the main balcony facing South which captures the 180 degree view of the Sea and mountains, with further views to the south towards Koroni. There is an open plan kitchen with all modern facilities. One bedroom faces east and has a patio to enjoy the morning sun and the shade in the heat of the day. The second bedroom upstairs faces South and at night the lights below to Koroni shinew like stars in the sky. Downstairs has the french doors leading out from the kitchen /Lounge onto the garden patio which is sheltered from the sun by a wooden pagoda. There is a large downstairs bedroom with separate bathroom.
Further details outdoors: The villa has a surrounding gardens with young fruit trees, Olive Trees (compulsary) , grassed area and private patio. Numerous walking paths surround the hillside , all with beautiful views.
Conditions
A deposit of £100 per week is required to secure a booking. Complete payment is kindly requested four weeks prior to rental. Private car is available if required at an agreed rate
