"Good villa for good relax"
Our group (6 adults and 1 infant) had a rest on the villa on June-July 2012. It was our 1-st experience to be on holidays on a villa and we have been choosing a good villa very long time - we have found the good variant.
It is very nice villa, very comfortable, it has everything what you need for the rest and life: large bedrooms with bathrooms, large kitchen/dining/living area and very good swimming-pool. On Saturdays there is a farm market in Belek town where you can buy fresh vegetables, fruits and fish. Villa has BBQ – you can cook on it.
Villa is situated little bit far from the beach (about 20 minutes on foot) – we advise to use the car. Every mooning we drove to Belek Beach (1,5 Turkish lira for 1 person entrance, 2,5 TL for 1 sunbed).
We enjoyed the villa very much! Thanks a lot to owners!

"A villa for all reasons."
Myself and 3 golfing chums were met at the airport by Deniz who sorted out our transfer hire car and villa keys. The villa is light and airy, large bedrooms and a very sociable kitchen/dining/living area. Despite some unseasonal weather we had a great time visiting local sights and Antalya town and also managed some golf. Belek town is a 20 minute dawdle from the villa, a return taxi 10 lira including tip. We paid for most things in local currency, its worth looking at the Turkish version of the menu in bars and restaurants, for some reason it always worked out cheaper than paying in Euros, the same seemed to apply at the golf courses. If you prefer a branded spirit would suggest you buy this in duty free on the way out as non local brands in the shops seemed expensive. The villa owners and local representives were all helpful and an excellent source for information and advice. All in all a great holiday experience which we hope to repeat again in the near future.

"Beautiful Villa, peaceful location, great pool!"
The villa was lovely. Beautifully furnished with lots of room, all good amenities and had a great homely feel to it too. The villa does have a small BBQ which was enough for what we needed and the patio and pool were great. The pool is large enough to have a swim but doesn't have a shallow end. However, our 5 and 7 year olds could swim and had loads of fun jumping, diving. Belek itself is quiet but the town has some great restaurants and an amazing fountain display each night to music which the children really enjoyed. We had a car and we used it every day to go to and from the shops and to get to good beaches as we didn't enjoy the local beaches. The best beach we found was at Side and we'd highly recommend the drive there. Another great place to visit was Managavat Waterfalls - really good fun!
