Our apartment boasts 1 bedroom with double four poster bed and 2 sofa beds sleeping a total of 5, plus a fully-equipped kitchen and modern bathroom with jet shower. For your entertainment there is a TV and 2 DVD players, while if you want to soak in the Gulf sunshine we have a large balcony and the complex boasts a shared pool.
We are located on a high floor with a scenic full sea view from all windows, so you can admire Palm Island and the sea during a beautiful sunset! We are located in front of the Sheraton , so you can benefit from its private beach or choose the wild beach attached to it.
The shared swimming pool guarded on the ground floor with long chairs will allow you to rest in the sun. Downstairs are all the restaurants your children enjoy: KFC, Pizza Hut...and a small supermarket at 10 minutes walking distance.

The Dubai region
Dubai enjoys year-round temperatures of over 20°C and even during the hottest months of August and September when the temperature hits over 40°C, you can still enjoy the delights of Dubai: all the pools are cooled down so swimming is still a great wayy to cool off, and the city is organized for inside entertainments and shopping for all ages.
Jumeirah Beach area
JBR is located just 10 minutes' drive from Emirates Mall which is famous for its snow slopes, allowing you the unique opportunity to ski and enjoy the seaside on the same day, regardless of the season or the weather outside! You will also find a food court there as well as many restaurants and games for children.
How to get there
Jumeirah Beach Residence is located just 35 kilometres from Dubai's major international airport, which is served by major carriers including British Airways, Air France and the UAE's national airline, Emirates. To get to the apartment, just take a taxi from the airport. Jumeirah Beach residence is well-known in Dubai and taxi drivers should be able to get you here without a problem.
